Martin did an excellent job all around. I was impressed that he and his people found relatively simple and successful ways to fix a decayed wood floor joist and to run the range-top ventilator duct to the outside, where other prospective builders expressed problems in doing the work without a major structural effort or did not want to try at all. The workers made some minor mistakes, whether because of error, miscommunication or different expectations, but then Martin resolved all the issues to our satisfaction without added costs or complaints. His general attitude was "we'll get it done," and they did. My wife is a stickler for appearance details, cleanliness and responsiveness, and Martin's people did well on all aspects, and he and his people took extra effort to explain why things were being done as they were and what were other options. In general, I was very happy with the work product and the cost, and particularly that Martin worked to meet all of our expectations without asking for extras, arguing with us or complaining, and did all this at what I consider to be a very reasonable price, given the amount of materials and time that were required. I will use Martin again if needed and would recommend without any hesitation.

The service I received from Martin's Home Improvement was outstanding! I contacted Martin several weeks ago, he got right back to me and was very flexible with my estimate date/time even thought I had to change it due to shift-work. The estimate was sent to me that night, and Martin was easily able to be contacted with my questions and changes. I was able to schedule the job within the week, it took about 2.5 days from start until finish. Martin and Rob were there promptly at 730am start day. Rob is an employee of Martin's and his work was phenomenal. Rob worked the first two days from 730am to 5pm or so. The quality of the work was worth every penny. Rob was very professional and courteous. Everything was cleaned and vacuumed everyday, and unless you looked into the bedroom you wouldn't know I had a contractor working in my home. Overall I am glad I hired Martin and his company and will again for future projects. They took my old bedroom and turned it into something amazing, I didn't think it could look so nice for the house being 98 years old. If you want your money's worth hire these guys.

The workers were great. They were on time, courteous and pleasant. All work was completed and done well. All mess was cleaned up each day. I would definitely have this company do any more work.

They did a wonderful job. They turned the ugliest room in my house to the nicest room. It was dark and musty, had a mold and mildew problem. Water had been leaking through an exposed wall that I was not aware of. Now the leaking problem has been fixed with the french drain. The remodeling of this room was quite extensive. Martin and his crew were very professional. They were very neat and cleaned up the area everyday when they were finished. They worked full days and I felt comfortable leaving them alone in my house when I went to work all day. The estimate for the time it took, one week, was exactly how long it took and the price that was quoted was accurate. It was worth every penny!

Martin's crew did a great job! Very professional, they were clean and very respectful of my property. They showed up onetime (sometimes as early as 7:45) and worked diligently until 5:00. I interviewed several contractors before hiring Martin and am very glad that I did!

Excellent...his workers were punctual (maybe a little TOO as they'd show up as early as 7:45 some mornings) but they put in a full day. They took precautions to keep my house clean and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. I am very pleased with the work that was completed, definitely a professional job!

Hire Martin and his crew...now. We will have him back for another project soon. Excellent experience. Martin and his crew were professional, did excellent work, finished ahead of schedule and were diligent about keeping our house clean and kept us updated on each step. They ran into an unexpected challenge with some wiring running through the wall but quickly came up with a solution, took care of the issue and did not charge us extra. They were meticulous in their work, paying attention to the smallest detail and had the strongest of work ethics. I am a hard grader so please understand that an "A" does not come easily. In this case, no thought needed. A's across the board.

Quality of work was excellent. The crew took the time to remove fixtures, built-ins, and more to do a thorough job.

They were terrible. I called them on the phone and had to call them a couple of times to see what was going on and it took them three weeks to get the job done. So when they got here it took them two hours and when they did it, they had to redo because I didn't like the way they did it. They said they couldn't find the product for the season that I had told them and then when they finally found the product it took them a while to get back to my house to get the appointment scheduled. Once they were here they hurried up and did the job and then they did it wrong. It was just a mess. They never even gave me a receipt. I will never use them again. It took them a very long time to get here but they were here when they said they would be here.

Everything went great. They were done in three days. They are very thorough and clean up after themselves. You couldn't tell any work was being done. Professionalism and knowledgable in their trade.

Both of the rooms were taken down to the studs. His workmanship I would rate A+. The men that work with him are so respectful of your home and the occupants. I recommend Martin to everyone I know. We have received many complements on the work he has done in our home.

Martin Home Improvement painted a bedroom, including trim (2 colors), added shelves to the closet, installed ceiling light fixtures and a ceiling fan, repaired a front door lock, and updated/repaired exterior light timers. They are my "go-to" guys for any painting or repair work: On time, great job , very professional, neat and tidy - creative problem solvers too! We also hired them to paint our exterior trim of our house, including replacing old grout and any damaged wood. That job was outstanding as well and on time.

We bought our home because of the school district and the fact that it was on a cul de sac and behind a preserve but it was in poor condition. We worked with Martin's and his team completely renovating the inside and outside of our home; completely gutting the kitchen and bathrooms and putting in hard wood floors through out, stainless steel kitchen appliances and putting in an island and cabinets in the kitchen. rebuilding the stairs and bathrooms. We bought our home in 2012 for $300,000. That is the lowest sales price in our neighborhood. Today, it is valued on Zillow at $387,000 - the highest valued home. I attribute this success to martin's talented contractors, his dedication, hard work and can-do attitude.

They have been doing work for us for the past four years since we moved in. They were fair in the price and really prompt. They do good work and are very reliable. One of the other things I like about them is that if there are any problem, Martin is always willing to come back without giving you a hard time, re-adjust the project, and make sure it is absolutely done right.

Everything went very well. They are very clean and professional. The garage roof, security glass blocks for window and exterior painting took three days. This was the most recent project they have done for us. We will definitely use them for remodeling the kitchen.

They were very good. They were quick with scheduling and follow up. They were also here on time. We called a year later to double check something. They came the next day and I really admired that. Everything was fine. They were mannerly, efficient, and left the place the tidy. They preform good work.

I was very pleased with their work. They are a great company.
