Description of Work: Andek rac for two full roof surfaces plus same for ground floor partial roof surface. Remove some ridge vent and replace with PVC vent pipe for hot air ventilation. Seal all opening in 3rd floor chimney, rear wall, 2nd floor fascia, and 1st floor skylight. | |There was an area that leaked from a heavy rain. They were notified and immediately sent someone to check the problem area and repair work was done.

 + 0 moreThis company was great. What stood out to me is that they don't try to sell you any extras that you don't need and won't like (I know most companies try to push gutter guard). They were within budget and finished the job quicker than the estimate said. Once of the gutters needed a minor adjustment, and they came within a day at no charge to fix the problem. The foreman on the job was there the entire time and was easy to communicate with. They were nice enough to listen and carry out my request to spray paint the heating vents while they were up there because they were rusted over. It was a very good roofing experience.
Description of Work: This company installed the roof and the gutters.
