+ 1 moreThey are outstanding to work with. We have a 200 year old home and they were great to work with. John Desmond knows what he is doing in older homes. It took a long time as the project was very complicating. He was delightful to work with and we feel we got everything accomplished that we needed.
Description of Work: They started the work in January and ended the 1st of June. They did extensive roofing work. They did repairs to gutters and they put in a new roof deck. They completely gutted two bathrooms and they rebuilt them. They contracted the plumbing work and the electrical work. They contracted the tile and the wall board work as well. He either did the work or contracted to people he has used for years. His brother actually did the plumbing work.
