It was excellent. They are very courteous and they did a real good job. Their quality is best. They are on time. I would use them again in the future.

He is always courteous and neat. He did a fantastic job on the tile work. If we asked for small changes it was no problem for him.

Our house is partially stone and we have bluestone walks and patios surrounding the house. Using materials from a big box store, I created an overall design that involved a ceramic tile perimeter and 1/2 inch or so cut stone facing pieces inside the perimeter. I supplied the materials, except for the glue, crack repair tape, and grout. Jack and his helper installed it well. They started by stripping the old paint off the concrete. They then needed to repair cracks in the concrete before laying the tile and stones. Because the stones were not of uniform thickness, he had to remove each stone from the webbing and level the area before placing each stone inside the tile perimeter. The area is about 30 feet long by about 6 feet wide. It came out much, much better than what I had hoped for. It is really a piece of art. The only drag on the process was the weather and his schedule. He was here on and off for over 7 work days. It is an outside porch, so the weather had to be above 50 degrees for a day or so for the glue to set and the grout to cure properly. Though I signed the contract in December, between his schedule and the weather it took forever to get it done. It was worth the wait, but it was a long wait.

They did an awesome tile job. They were professional and perfect artists. I would recommend him to anyone. The work was done together with the general contractor. Their price was reasonable. We were so pleased with the way everything turned out. It was just wonderful. We had tiles to the ceiling in the shower and halfway around the rest of the room. It included all of the labor and materials.
