+ -1 moreMichael Ayers and his company did a great job. When I called and asked him to do the work, at first I left a voice message, which was returned on a timely basis. I asked for work in a particular time frame, as I wanted the electrical work done before the painter started. He was willing to accomodate my request. He actually expressed gratitude for the work....and I know he has plenty of it...but it was a very nice trait for the provider to thank you for the business. He completed the work in a timely basis. We were not able to be on site the day the work was completed, and we asked for a phone call to let us know that everything was done...and we got the phone call on a timely basis. We were able to inspect the work within a day or two, and everything was done perfectly and everything was cleaned up when the job was done. We were very pleased.
Description of Work: Industrical Electrical Service is run by Michael Ayers who is an electrician. He has a team who works with him. We purchased a new home and had a number of items we wanted him to do including installing a new ceiling/light fan combination, adding a light to an existing ceiling fan, removing 4 outdated intercom boxes in the walls, and disconnecting any live electrical wires to those locations, and removing low voltage wiring to another location in the house. So, basically, he worked on seven (7) electrical items in the house. He estimated the job to take 3 hours and it took 3 hours. He estimated his fees to be $300 and they were $300. He was recommended to us by a resident of the Devon Condo Apartments in west Wilmington where we were told he "gets a lot of business" and the residents love him.
