We needed a completely new HVAC, oil furnace and air conditioner. I researched 10 local vendors, both large and small businesses. Horizon had the most knowledgeable sales rep. And surprisingly, the best price; only following my diligent negotiation. The 3-person installation team was professional, neat, clean, mask-wearing, and did a spectacular job. The follow-up reps were also patient, professional, and offered wonderfully helpful insight and education to get more out of my new system. I highly recommend Horizon and highly recommend doing your research to find comparable service and prices.

Very responsive. Gave good, better, best options. Listened to my budget concerns. Installed in late May and lower electric bills have followed. Quick installation.

Horizon came right on time on July 4 to install a much needed heating/cooling system. The installers were wonderful! Polite, friendly and worked very hard in that awful heat. They completed the installation by 4:00, which included cleanup and instructions on my new thermostat. The price was a little more than I initially wanted to pay, but the service and the system work great. The only negative is that when the compressor kick on, itâ s rather loud. A service man came out and said that is â normalâ .

The AC installation went smoothly at my rental property. However, as the property was vacant, I was surprised to find a window open and another window unlocked. The back screen door was left wide open (even after husband had asked them not to use the back door). Disappointing.

We did not expect that there is going to be a charge for them coming over and giving us a quote. The person who came to my house was very rude and ruined our holiday weekend.

Professional, excellent customer service throughout process - from scheduling to actual service. Technician was prompt, courteous, and cleaned up. Price was on the higher end of average, but Horizon was front about pricing (and showed me their standard service price list).

Had an oil to gas conversion and AC replacement performed. Super clean install. Very happy with the crew's work.

Had issues from the day it was installed and lasted for about a month before they finally fixed the problem. It also took me calling a few times a day to get them back to my house and and our two weeks before a supervisor/manager called me back.

Technician said I needed a new pump when clearly it was working. I mentioned that hot water was creeping up to my upstairs radiators even when the heat was off and was thinking it might be a bad check valve. He insisted the pump was bad. The quote was for over $1000 to replace an $80 pump that would take an hour. I ended up buying the pump myself and when I took the old pump out of course it was a bad check valve. So I just replaced the check valve it took me 45 minutes and it has been working fine ever since.

I am extremely pleased ? with the excellent work, that was provided by the Horizon men had provided. Inadition to , that I was also surprise with the amount of men , that was used to service my furnace as well.

I went with Horizon because they are a large, reputable company. However, I thought the entire sales process was shady. I liked the salesman when he came, but as I received second opinions, I was given very little info from the Horizon salesman. After the initial price, horizon proceeded to have special offers and coupons, but I would have to make a decision within 48hrs. Day of install, several of the extra items I ordered were not on the truck. Very poor clean up. They laid drop cloths everywhere, but the dirt on the other end stained the carpet

They did a great job

The first impression of this company was bad. The first salesman they sent just didn’t seem to care much about my wants. Just bragged about how they were a big company. The dispatcher offered to make up for his poor performance by suggesting I speak to the sales director I agreed but didn’t get a call back. About 5 weeks go by and I got a email from horizon I responded to and within a few hours I received a call. On that call we discussed my plans to go with another company and they were welcome to match or beat their price. Then the sales director called me and apologize for the poor service. And offered to send another guy out said it’s not entirely possible to beat that price due to the difference in service but can try. The new guy came out the following Saturday and was much better than the first. He offered more knowledge and definitely was more geared to what I wanted in terms of comfort and energy efficiency. I went with horizon because they offered a 12 year labor warranty and made it clear that my system would need new copper lines to ensure the new equipment isn’t damaged by old oil from the existing system. The price was very competitive and they still honored a rebate after a day it expired. So far the system is running great the installation was smooth and the installers were nice and considerate considerate my complex installation. I knocked a star off because of the first impression.

Horizon workers are very professional, friendly, hard workers and communicate well. They answered all my questions and also showed me how to operate the products they installed. They cleaned all the areas and worn booties when they went in the house like I said in the beginning very professional.
