Explained the project in details we could understand along with doing everything they said they'd do...when they said they'd do it. They also had incredible follow up to ensure all aspects of the project were completed to our satisfaction. They were not the least expensive but they were by far the best value.

Turned out they ignored the real issue and gave us a large bill to fix a completely different issue. Hired a different company and dealt with the real issue. Very courteous and professional but light on skill, I guess.
