We had a new heater installed by Horizon, and we have had problems since! They refused to come back to fix any problems, nor have they returned our calls. Would not recommend!

Need to call them twice for two different jobs on two different days. They were prompt, professional and courteous.

Excellent service. Job done exactly as indicated. Estimator was friendly and well educated, went the extra mile to explain everything. Service team also friendly and did a great job. Price was a little high compared to other plumbers, but the estimator & I worked out a fare price and they put it in writting, which the other plumbers did not do. All and all I would diffently recommend them......

I was planning to install a new thermostat, however the gentleman explained to me what was wrong and how to fix it. I will definitely use them again!!!

When you consider their price, factor in the labor and parts warranty. This is included in the price! My elite boiler came with a 12 year parts and labor warranty. All I could get anywhere else was a 5 year parts warranty from manufacturer. When I compared them to my normal HVAC, horizon was a better value. Top notch company. Additionally, any add-ons were already added. (Chimney liner, old boiler removal, etc.) Very pleased and will use them again. Oh and did I mention they worked from 7:30am till 10:15pm to get the job done? I was told it would take a week to install by others!
