It was Friday afternoon when I realized I needed a new water heater so I contacted Home Advisor and called the first company on the list, Horizon. They sent someone out pretty quickly, but I felt rushed into making a decision and didn't feel I had time to research prices or get other estimates. In the end, I ended up paying almost 2x what most other contractors would charge for similar work. Consequently, I would not recommend Horizon.

Summer is their busy season - had to wait for over 2 weeks for the technician. Over all the deal was great. We had a regular tune up done. He explained the monthly rates if I go with the service plan. I declined it politely. I had a bunch of questions for him, he answered all one by one.

Not worth the money

The install team was very professional, on time, and very skilled. The installation went without a hitch. The team did everything they could to make sure we were satisfied. This includes the selected Lennox equipment

Thr cost to have things such as a dishwasher or dryer installed are 3-5 times the amount that other companies charge. Also, this company charges just to come out to your home, where others so not. I suspect they do this because most people do not end up hiring them due to what they charge for their services.

Paid them a contract fee to be able to get them to come very quickly when needed. When called, they put me on a 2 week waiting list. They did not charge once when they were late. They are very overpriced.

Very fast and efficient. Everything looks good at this point.
