Used them twice and service was good and prompt. Labor costs are a little high but I am seeing that across the board so they are not the only ones. If you want good work, good service and don't mind paying a premium I would definitely recommend.

no pressure selling. an estimate for the cost of service is discussed Before any actual job w/c can be accepted or rescinded outright or within 3 days. the only actual cost to pay if no job is done is for the travel charge w/c is $45.00.

I called and they were able to come out that afternoon (between 2 and 6). The call 30 minutes before arrival was helpful. Eric was friendly and professional. He provided two quotes depending on the extent of the issue, so we knew up front what to expect. I just think $326 for 30 minutes of work (taking a pipe apart and replacing 2 washers) was a lot (but it was the first time we had to hire a plumber so I really have nothing else to compare with).
