We had a badly blocked toilet on the first floor of our home. This is the only bathroom available to a family member in the house confined to a wheel chair. We called our regular/local plumber in the early afternoon asking for their help. They wanted to come out three days later to fix the problem. When they were told about the need for this bathroom they offered to "try" to come out the next day. We called Horizon Services. Mike Barron came out from the Audobon area (at least an hour away) around 8pm. Mike diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed the problem quickly and made recommendations on how the problem might be avoided in future. He was beyond professional, he was also very considerate. He slipped booties on his shoes as soon as he came in the house. He covered the bathroom floor to keep it clean. He did not leave any kind of mess to be cleaned up after helping us. It was a welcomed difference from the local plumber we have used for years - thanks so much! Mike's time, courtesy and professionalism was VERY much appreciated!

Old furnace was removed and new Lennox furnace plus associated duct work modifications and inlet air plus outlet flue gas PVC piping installation were all done in about 5 hours. The technicians did a very nice job, cleaned up the worksite upon completion and ensured that I was familiar with the operation of the new furnace and new thermostat.

Sales did an excellent job explaining the equipment and installation process. Informed me my returns were undersized and rectified during installation. Installation crew did a great job. My only complaint is the humidifier by-pass sticks out further into the walkway more than my old system with same size piping.

Called me immediately. Showed up next day to install. Arrived at 3:00 and stayed till 11:00 that evening to finish. They went over all things I need to know about my new furnace and helped me set up on my iPad how I can control temp and humidity on WiFi. The new thermostat is easy to understand and gives me more information than previous (such as outside tempJ. They cleaned up everything and were very respectful. There produce was a little more than other estimates I got but the guarantees and service for 12 years sold me on the Lennox furnace and Horizon. I am very happy with my choice. A quality product,

Professionalism, warranty is great and products are great

I tried them instead of my usual annual furnace inspection co. Horizon inspected and told me It was unsafe and wrote a repair estimate. However they did not turn off the gas even though they said there was as carbon dioxide possible leak. I obtained a furnace replacement estimate from them. Their estimate was not competive with the co With A+ BBB rating company that I had replace the furnace
