The whole crew that was involved from the sale, to the complete installation and even an emergency repair were fantastic. They cost a little more but I’m getting what I paid for. They earned my business from now on.

We needed to replace 2 HVAC system and we chose Horizon due to 24/7 customer service and availability of installation team. They were able to pool two installation team and replace both systems next day. I would say they were in the high price range compare to others but then they suggested a solution to our upstairs temp maintaining issue during the hot days. Others were going to just swap out old with the new. Their suggestion succeeded as we had no issues so far with upstairs holding its temp when we had temps in the 90s.

Very disappointed with company charge my unit with R22 left my air was still not blowing cold sham on me charged me 296$ come back the nexts day told me my coils might be bad and left sham on me I hired a nother company had them replace both my units my wife is happy now that’s all that matters

They actually came out two times to replace the water main shut offs around the water meter as the upstream one had broken. The first time they came out they could not find the curb side cut off so I had to have the township come in with a metal detector to find that and turn water off to the residence. Then Horizon came back out and did the job relatively quickly. The work was good and the personnel were personable. Cost was a little high compared to what I am used to but probably consistent w/ other plumbing businesses. I manage a number of apartments and use jack of all trades types such as handymen to do a lot of this work. Thus my idea of reasonable may be skewed to the low side.

The team Horizon sent was absolutely outstanding. They were able to repair my sewer line buried 8 feet under a concrete walkway next to the swimming pool without breaking anything. They essentially dug a 2 foot trench and the tunneled under the concrete to reach and repair the damaged sewer line. This saved us a ton of time and money on landscaping.

James, Lloyd, and Butch were friendly and courteous while doing the work, replaced all feed lines and filled in holes as required

The crew were extremely informative, very polite and when they were finished, my home looked like they had never been there, I might add Mike Kelly , there Rep, was knowledgeable and not pushy.

You must negotiate the price with them. I saw three other companies, and Horizon came in well over them. I got Horizon down to a number I cud live with, but still high. What I liked was the knowledge of the rep, he knew his stuff.
