Horizon company employees were very nice and easy to ask questions to they would have gotten a five star BUT the contracted out chimney installers were very obnoxious they complained the whole time I was around them then left my house without telling anybody that they would not do the job so I had to call horizon because I was still be charged for the installation of the chimney

We were in desperate need of a new heating system, and these guys came through quickly! They took their time explaining the steps and process. After they were finished, they cleaned up after themselves spectacularly. They walked us around the house to show the new thermostat and system outside. They were great! Our house has never felt warmer.
