Windows came in right on time and were installed the next day. Windows look great and the installers were very professional and neat. Door was delayed because of inventory problem at the manufacturer. Supposed to arrive the following week. I am sure that I will be just as pleased with the door and its installation.

Workers showed up right on time, on a very cold day and were very considerate in keeping doors shut as they worked from room to room so that me and my grandson would be comfortable. They were very professional in their work and did an excellent job.

Homecraft was easy to work with from start to finish. I phoned their shop to request a free home estimate and was able to get an appointment the same week. There was no pressure to commit to the work at the time the estimate was given. The estimator took time to listen to our needs and was helpful in us making a decision. Our door came to their shop earlier than promised and we were able to get installation done within a few days of its arrival. The installer was remarkable to watch in action. He was so good at what he does. The job was completed in less than 4 hours and there was no mess or evidence that any demolition had taken place.

The workers were wonderful and professional. I love my new windows.

Very well excellent work and professionally done

Had hail damage and got quotes from multiple vendors to replace roof & skylights on my home. Homecraft was super responsive in the quoting process, offered great suggestions for upgrading the skylights, and did a quick and professional job with installation once they were selected as contractor. Both the bidding and installation process were easy and near flawless. To be complete in my assessment, the work was all done perfectly with the exception of two missed lines of interior caulk (no impact on waterproofness) and 2 crushed flowers in the yard. All in all Homecraft exceeded my expectations considering the size and scope of the job.

Installing technicians were excellent. Did not track dirt into the house; cleaned up after the job; used proper protective gear; had everything they needed to finish the job; did not take any unnecessary breaks; both technicians worked as a team; fit and finish was excellent; planning to get an estimate for 3 more windows shortly.

I am very pleased with the outcome. Peter was very professional and on time. He cleaned up and took the old windows with him. I would use Homecraft again and hope that Peter is my installer.

Excellent craftsmanship and quality. From the salesman to the scheduler, and the installers, all the employees did an outstanding job. I have been using this company for over 20 years. Previous jobs included vinyl replacement windows and entry doors. I'm always very happy with the workmanship.

The workmen arrived on time. They worked from 8:30 until noon over 3 days due to the excessive heatwave. They cleaned up each day. We had previously used this company for our roof replacement about 5 years ago. Over 20 years ago when we lived in Claymont DE, we had them replace the windows there. Because of their professionalism and workmanship, we went with them without getting other quotes.

The roof looks excellent upon completion. The crew of 6 workers did an amazing job, despite high temperatures throughout the work day. All of the materials were cleaned up quickly, and a follow-up visit ensured that any additional concerns were addressed and the yard was completely cleaned.

All our projects were done in a timely fashion. The workers were very professional and always left our home clean after a days work. For this reason, we have continued to use them. The work they have done is very good and we have not had to call for them to replace or fix anything that they have installed. They may not be the cheapest in price, But they are definitely not the most expensive.

From my initial call to the Office, to the visit to my home and estimate provided by Mike, the visit by Nick to size up and schedule the install to the final installation by Kevin - the entire process was professional, timely, clean and perfect. This particular installation went as planned, Homecraft has replaced all the windows in my house (2 different) my parents house, along with all entry doors in my present house. They are courteous, professional, helpful, punctual and well priced. Their installers do excellent work and the area is clean when they leave. I recommend Homecraft to friends and will always call them 1st when doing home projects.

Interviewed a half dozen companies to replace ten windows, two doors and two storm doors. Most were some combination of high pressure or low quality. Homecraft provided high quality installed windows at a very competitive price. There were no “if you sign today” or “this price is only good today” type of deals. The sales person was very professional and left us materials to make our decision. The installation looks terrific and the installers removed all materials. We would highly recommend Homecraft.
