The work done by Homecraft was just flat-out excellent. The whole process went well from initial contact, guidance through the siding selection process, the financing, the work itself and the final cleanup. The crew spent two weeks here and they were excellent....they were true craftsmen. They worked diligently over the two weeks, only stopping when it was pouring rain....drizzle didn't phase them. The two main workers were polite and quiet...of course there was hammering, etc,....but they always spoke to each other quietly with no yelling like so often happens in construction. My wife and I couldn't have been happier with the process. There was always good communication between us and the front office; when they said they would do something, they would do it; when they said something would happen, it would happen.

It went great. They measured a couple times to make sure the door would fit properly, because our house was custom built long before today’s industry standards. The order came in at their earliest estimate, and they quickly fit us into their installation schedule. The installer showed up on time, was courteous, and cleaned up after himself. The door is a nice, heavy quality!

I have used Homecraft for decades. They have replaced windows and entry doors throughout the home and consistently provided excellent sales and installation services. Only once did I have a concern about a window and it was promptly addressed. I have been so satisfied with their workmanship that there is no need to shop around. They do the job right and stand by their work.

Homecraft has been my go-to replacement window and door contractor for decades. They are consistently professional and courteous. The prices are fair; you might find a cheaper price elsewhere but you may not find the same quality of products and expert installation as with Homecraft. They stand by their workmanship, too. I have been so pleased with them that I don’t no longer shop around.

Homecraft did a beautiful job. They removed the old windows, installed the new windows and finished off around the windows with aluminum siding. All excess materials and debris were removed when the job was completed.

When I first called Homecraft they answered quickly and scheduled an appointment the next day. The salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly and we ordered the new door. A few days later they came back to ensure the measurements were correct. Since it was custom it took a couple of weeks but they called when it arrived and came right out and wow what a great job. They are truly skilled and installed the new door with all the trimmings and it is AWESOME!!! Great Company!!!

Homecraft has now completed three separate jobs on my home over the last 10 years including a New Roof, Replacement Front Windows and most recently New Patio Doors, replacement Back Windows and replacement of our Portico Posts. They have always done a GREAT job. They use quality products, have great people who enjoy doing quality work and the price is always fair and lower than highly advertised Home Improvement Companies.

We were delighted with the sales rep and the installer who did an outstanding job and went beyond the call of duty as our doors were odd sized so he needed to do a bit of extra carpentry. Ask for Dan and you will not be disappointed.

Excellent. Unlike experience with previous window company, the estimator made excellent suggestions of products, was very honest and at no time was there any pressure to buy. The installers were incredibly talented, having to deal with an older home which presented anything but a standard installation. A+++ in every aspect!

The windows arrived much earlier than anticipated which was great (within 4 weeks instead of 6 to 8). Jay and Joe arrived early and had all 9 windows installed within 1 day. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and well skilled. They were also clean and did a fabulous job. We had 40 to 60 mph winds and heavy rain in Dover yesterday and the temperature dropped from the 70s to 52. I have already noticed a difference in the temperature of the house and the energy efficiency. I have also noticed the house is quieter, I don't hear outside traffic or neighborhood noises. I am very pleased with the quality and Homecraft Inc. for window replacement. I have been researching windows and companies for almost 2 years in anticipation of this project and found Homecraft's pricing very competitive. The financing terms were a bit better which also was a major factor in my final decision.

Great job! The crew was on time, experienced, skilled, well supervised. The roof is beautiful and there was no inconvenience to me at all! They thoroughly cleaned up my property and left everything as it was before they arrived. Paul was very helpful when doing the estimate to assess the condition of the old roof and work with me to determine what exactly needed to be done.

Couldn’t be better. The new one is so much better than the old one. The improved design allows much more light into the kitchen.

Homecraft did a great job. We are very pleased. The door looks great and is of good quality. The installer had to replace the frame around the door as well. He did a very neat job of caulking around the frame. He arrived on time, and was very polite and professional. I would definitely hire them again.

The technician was prompt and courteous. He did a great job installing the door. The quality of the door is wonderful. No drafts and you can't even hear the cars driving down the street. I would recommend them highly.

Professional workmanship, attention to detail and cleanup

Homecraft put in a new roof, new front door and new windows. They were professional and prompt. They worked clean and took care to finish the job with integrity and it looks great! They did the roof first and I was so pleased, I hired them to do install a new front door and windows in the front of my house. I would definitely use them again and plan to do so soon.

Excellent. Homecraft has always been a pleasure to deal with. The written quote is accurate and explained. The work start dates all occurred when agreed upon. Each project had a project manager who oversaw the work; the install teams were all professional in their actions and especially in their quality of work. I believe the quality of the items being installed (doors, windows, siding, roof) to be high. This is important - quality products along with expert installation makes for a really nice finished job.
