Went really good! The sales person was good and I felt no pressure to buy anything, which I appreciated. The Install went very good too. The installer did a great job, especially with what he had to deal with. It did not seem like an easy install due to the age and the construction of the house. Overall I am very pleased with this job.

I have been a customer of Homecraft for 20 years. During that time, they have replaced the windows, exterior doors and now the roof, gutters and gutter guards on my house. Every job has been started and completed when promised. Workmanship has been excellent. I trust them to do the job right the first time, every time. Clean-up after each job is terrific. After this roofing job, the crew spent hours picking up nails and debris all around my house, so that when they departed, my landscaping, walkways and driveway were all as clean and neat as they had been before Homecraft arrived on the first day of the job.

Everything went great from start to finish. Any concerns I brought up were taken care of.

Quality of the work was excellent. The end result exceeded our expectations. There were some delays in the installation timing but these were do to the impact of Covid, weather and Holidays. I would highly recommend this installer to perform work again.

We had an older garden, bay window removed and replaced with new provision bay and 3 other replacement windows. Due to age of windows, it required them to be creative, requiring skilled craftsmanship. Dan was skilled, proficient and a very good craftsman.

It was a very good experience, given we are in the middle of a Pandemic, they were responsive. The installers were awesome and followed precautions. And, we absolutely love the result. Would definitely hire again.

Gotta give the Homecraft staff a ton of credit. My husband can be a bear when it comes to hiring and watching work being done. Noone can do a project better than he can....LETS Get Real. He's no spring chicken any longer, and I don't trust him to accomplish a project like he used to. The front door has been an issue for over 10 years. I put my foot down and hired Homecraft. The salesman was wonderful, while hubby tried to explain why I shouldn't hire them, I just couldn't understand his concerns and only saw a knowledgeable and trustworthy business. Several weeks later when the door was ready to be installed. Homecraft called to scedual an installation day, The hubby went balistic over the placement of the locks , even tho he hadn't even seen the door. Can someone explain to me why he went nuts? There was nothing to set off the hissy fit he displayed. The door showed up perfect with no imperfections and the locks were perfectly placed! The installer was professional, curtious, polite and experienced. From the moment he showed up to completion took 2 hours! I can not say enuf good about this experience. The installer also helped place the RING doorbell. The door looks amazing from the outside, properly installed and caulked, as well as the inside. The exterior of the home is stucco and interior porch has siding, you can't even tell that there was an installation of a new door. I'm thrilled over the baked finish on the door, I'm sure it will last for years to come. Thank you Homecraft for putting up with a difficult hubby and a grateful wife.

Very well. I was kept informed on progress, when Homecraft would arrive, be done etc. The job was done very smoothly. Very nicely. It looks great!

Extremely well. We have used this compny before at our previous home, and loved the work they did for us. It was a no brainer to come back to them for our new house. Plan to use them gain as we work to slowly replace of the windows in our house. The worker arrived on time, were very effident in removing the old windows and replacing them.

Homecraft replaced my front door, fypons, storm door and installed an entire door system about 14 years ago. So, I figured I would call them to replace my storm door and possible trim around door. I know they use Provia doors, so it probably wouldn't be cheap, but I used them before. When I called them, they told me they wouldn't come to Middletown to replace storm door. A bit surprised since they did all the work years ago--thousands of dollars. I guess they don't need the business. Little do they know, we repacked our roof in 2019, and I also have windows on my list next. I would never use them. They don't care about repeat customers.

Daniel did an excellent job installing many new windows in our home this week. He was polite, methodical, respectful, fast, and very clean. The project would have taken most people a week to complete and Daniel did it in two days and left the place in a completely clean and meticulous condition. Homecraft did our roof, siding and shutters last year and did a fantastic job. The crew was top-notch. Clean, polite, thorough and remarkably quiet.

Door was special order for the HOA, door was delivered and installed as soon as possible.

Very well. The crew arrived, worked efficiently and quietly, observing social distancing, and were very polite. They finished the work in one day and cleaned up so well it would have been difficult to see that they had been there, except for the beautiful new windows. This is the third time Homecraft has worked on our house. They have replaced the roof, replaced the flat roof over the garage, and installed the windows.They have consulted with us when we've had problems with the house, and given us honest advice. I wouldn't hesitate to have them return, should we need other work done on our house.

I found Homecraft, Inc. on Angie's List and I am very happy I did. I had 17 windows and 2 doors (inner and storm) replaced. The quality of work is excellent and they were very reasonably priced. Every person I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. I had to have a little extra work done and that was also very reasonably priced. 000 I definitely will hire them again for future work.
