They sent me a follow up letter asking me if I wanted to have the work done. I did not have them do the work. They were very professional and on time. I had no complaints about them. It’s just that their price was too high. I think they were the company who was willing to replace the glass and the window, but I had to take it out and take it to them and have them make it for me. I could not do that and that’s why I did not go with them.

It's a good company. The estimate was about $24000. I did not use them because of their packages. They were very friendly. Their price was good. I was happy with their presentation. They were very responsive and on time. I would consider them for an estimate in the future.

The work that they did for me did not go well at all. Their customer service was just terrible. There was no followup. It was an unfortunate circumstance. They outsourced their work and did not follow up. I spent over $1,000. Their price was high; it was above average. The guy’s attitude was terrible when I called him up. I will never use his services again.

Very well though I decided not to have the work done at this time.

Overall, the projects have gone well. They are not the cheapest, middle of the road, but they are dependable and quality is very good.

They did an excellent job. The sales pitch was a bit strong for us, but really not bad. The installers were very professional and punctual. We would use them again.

I have to talk to them and I may be signing the contract with them. I have marked them down in punctuality because I had an appointment with them, and I was there for an hour; but nobody showed up. After I left, somebody called me and showed up then. I would consider using them in future.

They played no games unlike other companies I contacted. They did not try to substitute lower quality products in an effort to reduce the estimate. They are very responsive and immediately came back to make requested adjustments.

Overall, the work went very well. They were very good. While they were doing the work, they were pretty good at getting it done on time and cleaned it all themselves. Their punctuality was very good. The service and follow up were outstanding. I would use them again in the future as well.

Overall the job turned out well. There were a couple of problems with the windows and they took care of it. I went with them because of the quality of the product. They weren?t cheap. These windows are equal top to bottom. They have three layers with a filament in between with gases in them. It acts a buffer to sunlight which saves the fabric inside. There is a piece of plastic that interlocks both where the top and bottom window come together. These things stood out for me. They were very responsive. The workmen were very polite and straightforward. They knew what they were doing and they cleaned up.

Arrived on time. Understood what we wanted. Accurate estimate. Accucate timing.

I thought the price was reasonable for what they did but others might find it expensive. They quality of the windows is excellent and I felt that their response time was very good. This is a good company but they were supposed to send two people to do the job but they only sent one so a couple of the outside sills were very lopsided; we had to have them come back out and redo that. They did come back out but it was a little alarming. We were surprised that they require you to pay everything up front. They are known to stand by their product but it was pretty off-putting that they were so insistent about the payment.

I spoke to the owner and he wanted $180 to come out and diagnose the problem. When I asked about the free estimate mentioned on the website, the owner said that is for siding. 'That's what your problem is' - I will come and give you a free estimate for siding - site unseen. He told me that he had over 200 calls waiting and he couldn't send someone out to figure out what the problem was. very unprofessional. My decision to move on was a no brainer.

They did a good job, and I am very pleased with them. Their price was a little more but I am very happy with the quality of work they did. They cleaned up after themselves, they were very organized, and did not make a mess.

They came out right on time for the estimate. They came out at eight o clock and were done by twelve o clock. They brought some god samples of the wood and the hardware that they could use for the door. They took the time to explain everything to us. The price for the door was phenomenal. They were much lower than some of the other companies.

Showed up on time to give estimate. Work was completed as described and within time line given. Workers were curtious and cleaned up before leaving each day. The installation was of high quality.

We have used their services many times before. They are very prompt when you want some work done. They talk things over with you and do not use illegal labor. They clean everything up meticulously. They are a little higher in price but the quality is well worth it. They have very detailed estimates and we have always been satisfied.

The estimate for the windows was twice what I had been quoted by another company. They were very professional and very thorough in their write up. The roof estimate was about the same as another company ,so that seemed fair. They window estimate just seemed like overkill. They were prompt. I was very impressed with them except for the price. They came prepared with 2 lists of customer references, one according to job and the other according to location. Three and a half pages of references!
