.They came when they said they would and completed the job in one day. They left the site clean I got three estimates and their bid was in the middle. I would use them again.

We have been very happy with their work. They were very easy to deal with. They arrived and did the job when they said they were going to do it. They were very professional, cleaned up after the work was done, and made sure that we were satisfied with everything that they did. I trusted them; I wasn't concerned at all. We had got a couple of estimates and they were in the same ballpark. We had used them previously so we knew that they were quality.

The service that they provided me was terrible. The price that they charge me was very high. When they're working with a certain project and they destroyed something they don't fix it. The owner is an idiot but his son that’s working for him is good. Overall I was not satisfied on the service that they provided.

The job went well. No problems. I am very happy with my new windows and sliding glass door that are now 2 years old. Definitely noticed a decrease in my electric bill.

Home Craft was very responsive and came right out for diagnosis and estimate. They determined my entire roof needed to be replaced. We live in a townhouse so the roof is about 20 feet wide. The estimate was $11,384, more than twice my other estimates. I had used Home Craft before for replacement windows and was very happy with their work. I did not use them for my roof because their price was way too high.

In each case, they met with us, gave us options and pricing. Work was carried out when scheduled with minimum disruption to our household. Estimates were accurate - no surprises. Always cleaned up thoroughly. Checked back when job was done to see if we were satisfied. Very well run and professional.. Work of high quality.

Homecraft was recommended by a friend. The company was prompt and professional. The price was a little higher than I would have liked. But the work was done well. The roof was replaced and area cleaned up within a day.

As mentioned above, the salesman was high pressure and, as far as my wife was concerned, obnoxious. If it wasn't for friend's recommendation we would not have used this vendor. In fact, we probably will not use them in the future. The actual work performed was very well done and of excellent quality.

From the initial sales call to the post installation inspection of my property, they were professional. I am completely satisfied with the price and quality of the work performed. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others needing a roof.

The salesman was prompt and courteous. However, we wanted a quote on all new windows and a front entry door. The first things he told us was that we had existing Anderson windows, so we did not need to change them. He wanted to sell us a very expensive custom entry door only. We needed a new front door, but not for close to $10,000 he showed when we were more interested in all new windows. Old windows were hard to clean and did not tilt in and were not very attractive or functional. We went with another vendor. We spent a lot on all new triple pane windows and a new door. It was expensive, but we got what we liked, and we are very happy with the windows and door.

I first contacted HomeCraft in August 2012 based on the excellent reviews they have on Angies List. They are also on GAF's MasterElite list. Thus from the beginning I knew I was dealing with a reputable company. Their sales approach is not as aggressive/organized as the other roofing companies, which is fine by me as I don't require female phone attendants with sexy voices and computer written quotes. HomeCraft's quote was handwritten and they were flexible enough to meet their competition's pricing. They also provided me with a complete list of their customers in the area, so I was able to check references and look at roofing color ideas. I live in a single family home with a hip roof, a dormer, skylights, etc and thus the roofing job was big. At first they tried to get the job done in one day, which initially got me concerned about their crew being rushed and not paying attention to quality and detail. They were not able to finish in one day, obviously, and had to come back two days later. Thus it took them a total of 3 days to get the job done. The weather was excellent and my time was flexible so it didn't bother me the extra time and days. Their crew is excellent and evidently have experience and know what they are doing. However, after the job was done, when I went to connect the power exhaust fan in the attic I noticed that they placed the fan over a rafter (one of the sloping beams that supports a roof). They placed the new fan exactly where the old one was placed, but this was a mistake. A fan cannot be placed over a rafter for obvious reasons of air flow and vibrations. When I called they were quick to admit the mistake and got their crew out to my home to fix the problem. I'm still waiting for the System Plus Warranty paperwork, but I was told that will take some 8 weeks. Also still waiting for a final Receipt for tax purposes. Thus I'm very happy with HomeCraft overall. I recommend them.

They didn't even call back. They didn't even have the decency to let us know they couldn't do the job. I left them messages with no response. At one point I even talked to someone that assured me that my call would be returned - it was not.

They were very professional - went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. The work was done well and looks great. Everything was completed as they proposed, in the amount of time they projected and on budget.

I've used Homecrafter's for several large projects startingfrom 2003 with the last job completed in 2008. They did a Bay Window install, changed front door from double doors to single with side lights, replaced the roof and installed gargage door and opener. This group does excellent work and they clean up the property, when work is finalized they follow up to be sure no issues and can be relied on to show up on time and complete projects on time.

Their quality was good. They are very good with follow up if anything goes wrong. They were professional. We have used them before. They are not the cheapest.

From start to finish, every interaction I had with each department within the company was A++. They really seemed to want my business, and did ALL of the right things to EARN it. The estimate process was thorough and informative. Salesman showed up on time, and had a nice package of information and literature to leave behind. His followup calls were informative and timely, but NOT PUSHY! I got 4 estimates for this job, and this was the only company who's response made me believe that they wanted and appreciated my business. Their price was in the upper middle of the 4 estimates. The scheduling department was on top of making sure that I knew when and what to expect when the job began. I cant say enough good things about the crew. They were scheduled to begin work at 7:00 am. They arrived at 6:45, and waited until 7:00am SHARP to ring my bell and begin their work. By 8:30am, the old roof was completely removed and they began working on necessary repairs before installing the new roof. The crew was courteous, clean, quiet, and professional in EVERY way. They went out of their way to answer my questions, and to keep me posted on the progress of the job. By 4:00pm, the job was completed, my yard was clean and they were packing up and leaving. The following day, a supervisor came by to inspect the job and pick up final payment. But, ONLY after he did an inspection of the job and cleanup. It had snowed slightly as the job was being completed, and after the snow melted the following day, remaining debris was collected and removed. The dumpster was promptly removed the morning after the job was completed. I don't think that I could have had a more positive experience!!

They are incredibly good. They clean up after themselves. They come when they say they will, if there is an issue they will contact you and let you know. They have great customer service. They are very friendly, including their staff. they help you get what will be best for you!

This work was completed a few years ago. The overall experience was disappointing. When the sales rep comes out they are very clear and helpful and make sure you understand what is available. That part is helpful, but as soon as you sign the contract you never hear from that guy again. There is then a contractor/foreman that takes charge of putting the crew together. The members of the crew did not speak English well so I could not communicate with them very successfully. Due to living in a high wind area, I purchased the upgrade on the roof which required 6 nails per shingle. When I came home for lunch, I could hear the nails going in (Bang, Bang, Bang, Bang, Bang) ( 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) only 5-nails per shingle. At the end of lunch I went on the roof and looked under a dozen shingles around the main roof, there were only 5 nails per shingle. I called and left messages for both the foreman and sales rep. Neither called back. When lunch was finished I asked the crew why they were not installing 6-nails per shingle and they claimed they were putting more. I brought ELK instructions to their van and said I wanted them to follow the installation requirements for the upgrade as I agreed to pay for and they smiled at me. I told them not to do any more work on the house until I hear from the foreman. The foreman called within 5-minutes and told me that I was only looking at the perimeter shingles and I disagreed and told him I went on the roof and checked many. I said you need to straighten this out, I expect to get what I'm paying for. After the foreman stopped by and went on the roof to check for himself, he agreed and apologized. I really was not happy with the crews response or the assumption that I did not look under the right shingles. It is my hope that this report will help the Company improve, and they may have since this job, so others don't have to deal with the same aggravation.

The job went very well. I liked that they were professional, on time and worked the whole day. They cleaned out very well up by themselves. Their price was very reasonable. I had 14 windows installed. I would recommend them to anyone. I had no problems with them and was very happy with the job they did.

We were pleased with them. They’re just a very nice company, and I thought their employees were professional and helpful. I also thought that their prices were reasonable. I’m really happy with their work.

They were fine. However, I used someone else for the job. They did not charge me anything for the estimate. I thought that they were a little pricey. I would call them again for an estimate in the future.

We first called on Homecraft in July 2005 to install 8 new windows. Then in 2007 we called them back for a storm door and dining room window. They were professional, quick and fast installation. I would highly reccommend them .

At least they were professional enough to call us back to tell us they were only doing new versus repairing roofs at this time.

I'm probably not going to use them. I think the product was okay but what I did not like about them was that they did not have the sale broken down into rooms. They were trying to rope me into packages which I didn't like. They were very responsive, punctual and professional.

They were not cheap. The experience was good. The guy called me back and he came out when he said he would.
