There was a snag getting the right patio door, but the company absorbed the extra cost. Otherwise, they were prompt, clean, courteous and efficient.

Very well. The staff was prompt in coming out to measure, in assessing lead risk and in setting up installation according to my needs. The two men who installed the windows worked through a very cold and often rainy day without complaint and were very professional. There was no mess left; clean-up was meticulous. Follow-up with the company was good.

From the quotation through roof removal, installation, dumpster haul-away and final clean-up Homecraft executed in a timely, professional and personal manner. Upon arrival, the crew leader knocked on the door and introduced himself and advised of the process and expected timelines for the ~2-day process. Throughout the entire removal and installment a ground person attended to the debris. While observing, it was apparent and comforting that all levels of removal and replacement were attended to with the same level of attention and care. No surprises!

One of our huge trees came down during a storm and damaged a window, gutters, screens and shutters. Since I had used Homecraft in the past for other home items and was very satisfied with the product and workmanship, I called them again in our time of need. The employees are very friendly and explain the work plan in detail. I will certainly call on them again if I'm in the need for repairs in the future.

Both crews were outstanding! Their work was far above and beyond our expectations (and I am a perfectionist). We were not able to get our shades back up so they were kind enough to do that for us. I cannot say enough good about the men who installed the windows. They were amazing! Nick, who I believe oversaw the work, was quite knowledgable and extremely helpful. I am SO glad you found this wonderful company!

Homecraft arrived promptly and worked quickly and cleanly to remove two sets of shingles and the decking. They also installed the new decking and roofing all on the same day. They used dropped clothes to catch the debris. They also used a magnet mounted on wheels to collect any nails. The dumpster was delivered on the day they started and was picked up the next day. Homecraft also replaced the end of one of the gutters that was damaged when they removed the roofing materials. Overall, I would rate them at excellent.

Very professional and detail oriented from the first visit to the last day of construction. All representatives from Homecraft were polite, patient and professional. They answered all of our questions and were more than happy to make changes and tweaks as the need arose. Very easy to work with and workmanship was superb!

Everything want great! In the first few hours there were 2 people working on removing all the old windows and placing the new ones in. When this was done one of the workers left. The remaining man completed the interior work. The remaining day and a half was the exterior work. Dan the one who did all the work was very professional and pleasant. He did an excellent job! My neighbor even commented on the finishing work he was doing on the outside.

Homecraft has a long respected reputation in our community (I called a neighbor who had previously had work done by Homecraft). The process began with a visit to their office and our first look at the product. We liked what we saw, so we made an appointment. Two sales representatives, with a model window, visited us in our home. They examined our old windows, then explained the replacement process, warranties and the timeframe to do the job.They provided a demo using the model window and explained our options related to the color of the windows and sun protection tint. All of the specifics we discussed were written up and included in the contract. We agreed to installment payments and placed a down payment (final installment due upon completion of a satisfactory installation). Soon after our initial meetings, a field supervisor (not sure of title) came to remeasure the windows, and provided color chip options for the shutters, then later, for exterior trim. The scheduler contacted us to arrange a start date and the installers arrived exactly on time on the scheduled start date. Throughout the week, we had two to three installers working inside and outside of the house. The workers were courteous and professional. We were very impressed with their attention to detail while installing.We plan to use Homecraft for other home improvements in the future!

In addition to the above, it should be noted that not one piece of trash or dust was left anywhere inside or on the exterior by the time the workmen left . By the end of each day, my place looked like no one was there. This was most impressive. They started and ended the day exactly when promised. I utilized their services about ten years ago for the purchase and installation of two Anderson sliders. I was most please then and expected the same experience. I was not disappointed. I am not related nor friends with anyone at the company so please know I am most sincere when I say. . . . I highly recommend the company. They provide professional sub contractors, quality products and great customer service which is lacking with may companies today. The other issue that means a lot to me is that they have been around for many years. That tells me a lot about the company. Unexpected was the fact that once I gave them my approval, they took care of everything that had to do with the Homeowners Association and the Borough requirements.

If my wife was not home I would think they never did the job. The yard was spotless when they left.

Homecraft, Inc met all of my expectations in regards to what a contractor should be. They were punctual from the initial estimate all the way until the job was completed. The installation took 1 day and the installer was a complete professional, it appeared to me that he took great pride in his work and treated my home as if it was his own. I would recommend Homecraft, Inc to anyone who asked.

The workmanship was done on time and the have clean up was excellent . The first estimate was from Powers cost $14,000.

Homecraft's mechanics are neat, punctual, professional and highly skilled. Each job they have done for us (doors, windows and roof) was done like it was their home, there has never been a problem and if needed, supervision is easy to contact. I have recommended Homecraft to my friends since they worked on my first home in the 1990's. My parents used them for window replacements and friends and neighbor's have had Homecraft do work for them also.
