It was great. Homecraft did a totally professional job and I love my new windows. I especially appreciated Konrad, the salesman, who has always been honest and absolutely not pushy. He respects the customer’s time and doesn’t stay for nearly 2 hours, like another window salesman did. The other guy tried a high pressure routine, but not Konrad. We trust Homecraft!

We requested quotes from 5 companies and HomeCraft was the most responsive - pleasant & thorough (our estimator asked us more questions and took more interest in what we wanted, than anyone else did). The first day of the job (is was two day job) the foreman was due there at 7:30AM - he arrived at 7:28AM - was extremely friendly & courteous & explained what they would be doing and asked if I had any questions - SUPER professional! The 2nd day was more of the same - they finished when they said they would - did exactly what they said they would - and asked numerous times if we had questions - would absolutely recommend them - great experience!

The experience was great. Completely satisfied with the process, from ordering to installation. Everyone I was involved with was professional, friendly and helpful. Homecraft Inc. installed my porch enclosure a few years ago and did a wonderful job. Windows are next on my list and again will use Homecraft Inc.

Just had our roof replaced by Homecraft Inc. We had 4 other quotes but we chose them because of the materials they used. Also the price was right where we expected. The crew went above and beyond our expectations. They were very courteous, and had the job done in a day and a half. I am so satisfied that I am now going to get my windows replaced by them.

I am very happy with the work. There was mfg delay (not the fault of Homecraft) but everything worked out fine. Workers were polite and professional. In the past I have used Homecraft to install windows and a door at my mom's house. I will use them again in the future.

We have been very pleased with our experiences with Homecraft. The crew (Kevin, Steve & George) who installed our patio door were quick to answer any of our questions and did a terrific job for us. Most of our interaction has been with Paul, one of the co-owners. He has always answered our phone calls promptly and has done his best to address any of our concerns.

Excellent. The door was replaced by a highly skilled professional who really paid attention to details. Extremely happy with the results. The door is really great an improves the appearance of the entire basement room.

I just replaced my roof that was twenty-five years old. The top notch performance and professionalism of Homecraft, Inc. were outstanding. From the salesman, Konrad, to the man in charge of operations, Elliott , I was treated with total honesty and kindness. There were four men who worked on the roof in extreme heat ( 95 degrees ) both days and did not stop working the entire time. Elliott told me it would have been completed in one day if not for the extreme weather. My neighbors next door were having a party of thirty people the first night and the crew was so kind to not have any trucks or dumpsters on the street to interfere with parking for their affair. The final cost was the most fair for the job done and my new roof is just beautiful. I am so pleased that I chose Homecraft ,and I will most definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends,

Work was completed efficiently and quickly. New windows are a great improvement. Hope to do the downstairs windows sometime next Fall.

Wonderful. Double hung were typically replacement windows. Piece of cake. However, bay window was a replacement of a custom job bay window which was not easy. Just not a typical replacement. Metal work around front door frame had to be replace, soffit over window replaced, and anything else that was required. Installer was knowledgeable and capable of dealing with problems. Believe his name was Dan.

All three screen doors were installed in one day. We love the results.

Excellent he was on time and cleaned up after himself. The door fits perfectly, excellent locking mechanism, the color was exactly as the sample depicted and the storm door is equally as good and matched color of entrance door.

It went very well. I thought the price fair for the product. The door was delivered and installed without issue. In fact, the guys (courteous and professional) completed the work in about four hours taking all debris away with them.

Everyone that I dealt with at Homecraft, Inc. was professional and punctual. My roof replacement was quoted to take one day and that's exactly how long it took even though the weather was not the best. I received a few other quotes, some were lower and some were higher but I felt comfortable with Homecrafts pricing since they are a GAF Master Elite installer. Warranty coverage was also a driving factor in my decision. I plan on using Homecraft again for some other projects next year.

We got a very good quote from the salesman. We visited their showroom to examine the windows. We specifically looked at the casement windows to see the mechanisms for opening/closing and locking. Next an employee came out to get the exact measurements. He arrived early. Finally a date was scheduled for installation. The installation was professionally done including clean-up. We like the new look. Dealing with Homecraft was very easy. Every employee was professional and very nice. The installation was done in 1 day.

Working with Homecraft employees was easy and enjoyable. Konrad provided a pressure free sales experience. He explained all of the options for windows and provided a price that was more than reasonable. The windows that Homecraft sells, ProVia, are extremely high quality . Several weeks later, when the windows came in, Dan showed up and installed all of the windows and with a little help enclosed the opening on the back of the house. Everyone at Homecraft was professional, and easy to work with. We will more than likely hire Homecraft to do the other 10 windows on the house.

If you have a home built after 1970, this may be a good place to try.
