Description of Work: Replaced fascia, soffits, and gutters, and front doors. Two different "teams" did the work. They were highly efficient, kept the work areas cleaned daily, informed of process, and the work is HIGH quality. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Replaced ten (10) windows throughout our house. Konrad provided us with an estimate. He was very straight forward and professional. He came out one additional time to present the contract and collect final measurements for the window dimensions. The installer, Danny, was incredibly quick, hardworking, and professional. All windows were installed and functional within two days. The new windows and exterior capping have certainly enhanced the aesthetics from inside and out. We will use Homecraft's services again to replace the remaining windows.

Description of Work: i did not get too far into the process. i really just need my basement window replaced, but during the initial call the rep discussed the savings that sevral windows would be..i said thats not what i want, but their field rep can look at the windows i guess. i guess i felt like if i really liked the estimate, maybe i would go that route. that discussion was on 7/17. the next available estimate would be 7/31. this was all scheduled for 9am...i did not hear from the firld rep, someone named mike, until 8:54 am, telling me he was stuck in traffic. i asked for an eta because i would wait 10 minutes or so, and he said he would be 20 minutes-he said he would be needing an hour of my time, and asked me did i think that this would take 10 minutes in a tone i didnt appreciate...i thought 30-to 45 minutes, but i also didnt think after waiting 2 weeks that i would have to wait for someone to show up..i needed to be back to work as soon as this was concluded. we agreed that i should call back to reschedule , but i called p.j, fitzpatrick. they are local, and can be here by 8am. i think if i have to wait 2 weeks for someone to show up, perhaps i could get a voice mail or phone call a week ahead, with details like this will take at least one hour..or, i will probably be late. and i certainly dont need a condescending tone when i didnt don anything to deserve it. anyway, i guess homecraft doesnt need my business that badly-or anyone else i know.

Description of Work: Homecraft replaced our roof (18 square). | |Pros: |+ Very professional. Quote for installation was quick and to the point. Fast installation (half day). Very fair price (will work with you). Roof looks great. | |Cons: |- They gave us about a days notice that they were going to come to start the job. This didn't affect us to badly since my wife was home anyway, but would have been nice to have a bit more notice. | |- Cleanup around the house was good, except for our raised deck area. We called them up to let them know and they immediately sent someone out to rectify the issue. So very responsive there. | |Overall very satisfied with the quality and professionalism of Homecraft. Would most definitely do business with them again.

Description of Work: They did terrific.

Description of Work: Replaced cedar siding, 3 8 foot high French doors, custom widths up to 8 foot with Anderson French sliders (very expensive). Replaced gutters and downspouts and 3 custom windows with Anderson new construction windows. Work done well but problem with Anderson sliders bounce back and difficult to open/close. Anderson follow up was pretty good and problem seems to be resolved after they replaced some weather stripping.

Description of Work: Provider came out to give an estimate of remodeling of shed including replacing doors. Received estimate and details three weeks later.

Description of Work: The entire staff at Homecraft was very pleasant and professional. Glenn came to my house on 2 separate occasions to replace 2 storm doors and a patio door. The quality of the work was outstanding and the price was competitive and reasonable.

Description of Work: They replaced 3 patio siding doors and a side by side double hung window.

Description of Work: Removed asbestos siding. Installed insulated siding, fascia, soffit and gutters.
