Got Grout?

After our contractor failed to properly caulk around the tub of a newly renovated bathroom, we contacted Got Grout? rather than have the contractor return. Rick & Josi did a beautiful job! They were friendly, neat, knowledgeable, and efficient. They also repaired a gap between the shower door and tub that was not properly sealed. We highly recommend them!

It went exactly as scheduled. They arrived at the appointed time, Made preparations to protect my everywhere that they walked. Did a through job, explained the process, answered my questions and even made recommendations on products to clean and maintain my tiles. They are very friendly and personable people. To me, they treated my job as if they were doing work in their own home, very meticulous. I am satisfied.

It didn't. Talked on the phone and explained that I wanted grout cleaned or possibly replaced. She explained they were very busy and would not be able to do anything until at least October. Since I needed sooner than that she suggested I send pictures and they could give me some suggestions. I sent the pictures, never heard anything so after two weeks I followed up for a response. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything. The problem with getting very busy is that business can slow down. One should never forget about potential customers...you may need them during the slow period.

Done in a timely manner and results were excellent. Would use again.

Josi and her husband were punctual, neat, clean, used vacuum where necessary and were very professional and friendly. The chalking that was done matched the grout and is even and neat. Such nice people and great job.

As noted, we elected not to do the work because we would need to wait 9-12weeks for them to begin work and we'd be up against the holidays. Also, once work began we could not use the bathroom for two weeks; and Got Grout would need 3 visits during that time to complete their work. With that being said, our impression of Got Grout is very positive - details below. We contacted Got Grout in late September and received a call back the same day and arranged for Josi Kennedy and her husband to evaluate our job and give an estimate. We needed grout cleaning and minor grout repair as well as recaulking for a hall bath with 4x4 tiles (shower over tub with tile surround and tile floor). Josi and her husband were prompt, professional, and easy to speak with. They offered a lot of great information. In general, they gave us confidence that they could do the job very well. When we received their estimate (which was very prompt), the estimate was somewhat short on detail so if we were going to use them, likely we'd have had to ask several questions but I think their answers would likely have satisfied us. In the end, Got Grout's lead time of 9-12 weeks before starting (because they are busy) was simply too long so we moved on to evaluate other contractors.

Once again, Josie and Rick arrived promptly, completed the task at hand and finished on time! they are true professionals in every sense of the word. This time they made some minor repairs in our shower and thoroughly cleaned and polished a few of our floors that they had color sealed five years ago. Without a doubt, Got Grout? provide excellent service and value!

Original request was to clean and reseal tile shower in master bath. Josi came to house to assess the situation. During her evaluation, Josi also looked at our kitchen tile and provided two estimates: 1. Master Bathroom Restoration - Deep extraction clean and clear seal all tile and grout within the room, minor re-grouting in shower, recaulk shower perimeter. 2. Kitchen floor and hallway restoration - Deep extraction clean all floor tile and grout, colorseal grout lines with color of your choice. Josi explained the entire process and the time needed to let the shower completely dry to prevent mold before the re-grouting and re-caulking process. To help my wife decide on the color for the kitchen grout color seal, Josi came out again and cleaned a couple of the kitchen tiles so that my wife could pick a grout color seal color. Surprise to me, the color was really different after the tile/grout was cleaned. Thank you Josi. Work was performed as scheduled. Josi and her husband came in the morning and deep cleaned the the master bathroom/shower and the kitchen/hallway. After looking at the cleaned kitchen tile/grout, Josi said we did not need the color seal, just the standard clear seal and reduced our final price accordingly. They completed the work as planned and the wife says and quot;master bath tile and shower look like new and the kitchen/hallway tile do as well.and quot; Looks good to me, as well. All in all, very pleased with the result.

Top of the Line Tile Co. replaced my backsplash with a beautiful design. They were so good I've already scheduled a new project with them.

Not only did they do a great job, they were polite and always let me know ahead of time when they would be there. They were informative and enthusiastic about their work with no grumbling or complaining. In addition, they were respectful of the house by making sure to lay down tarps starting at the front door and leading the entire way to the project. I would definitely recommend this company as they are very professional, efficient, and deserve to be proud of their work.

We have 20-year-old white tile in our 3 baths and laundry room. It was stained and the grout was really dingy. They cleaned everything, resealed and colored the grout, and caulked as needed. It looks fantastic! Maybe not brand new, but definitely not that old anymore. Also, they showed up on time for the estimate, and made a special effort to schedule the service sooner when I told them we're putting our house up for sale. |It was a little pricey, but they worked REALLY hard, and it was definitely worth it. A++

The caulk on our shower had started to peel away and water was leaking out to the walls around the shower door. They were great. Very professional and personable. The estimate was very reasonable based on the amount of work and times they would need to come out to complete the job (things have to dry between steps). The work was great and they did a very thorough job.

This experience could not have been better! This team is very professional, very nice, and very personable. You will not regret having them in your home. We had just bought a 25 year old house that had lots of small tiles with lots of grout. I sent photos and they were able to give me an estimate for the floors. Once they were here, we added the backsplash and recaulking the countertop to the work. We also changed from a clear seal for the kitchen floor to a color seal. They were very flexible and willing to do what it takes to make me happy. They cleaned all the grout and tile by hand with a brush and then by machine. They applied a clear seal to the grout in the sunroom, foyer, hall and powder room. After cleaning the floor in the kitchen, a color seal was applied to the grout with something like a toothbrush. The grout looks new again. It’s amazing. It has been 3 months and my husband still says that he can’t believe how good the floor looks. Not only do the floors look great, but they are easy to keep clean too. And after a month or two, I received an email from Josi, asking how everything was. Don’t hesitate to call Got Grout! They have helped us make this house our home!

I asked Got Grout for an estimate for regrouting my bathroom. Josi was prompt in replying to me and asked for pictures, then gave me a quote but advised to me retile rather than using their service, as the repairs would have been extensive and labor intensive. I was impressed by her helpfulness and honesty, and would say I had a very positive experience with Got Grout.

During the initial visit the process was described in detail. I received an email before the actual work was done explaining again what would occur and length of time required. The work was done efficiently and thoroughly. An extra day for drying was required as grout retained moisture in a few places. The floors do not look brand new, but are significantly improved. I am quite satisfied with the work.

They were able to clean grease stains on my grout in my kitchen! They also put a protective finish in my bathroom showers to prevent mold build up which I have none to date. Got Grout was very easy to work with and very personable. 4 months after they completed the project, they sent me an email to check to see if I was still satisfied with their service, which I was!

They brought a 25 year old marble foyer and four rooms of tile flooring back to looking brand new. Throughout the process they were super careful to keep everything neat and clean and returned everything to its proper place. They are consummate professionals. Earlier in the summer they restored all of our bathrooms, our marble foyer and sun room. Over the last 2 days they returned to refinish our family room and kitchen.
