I interviewed three companies. I gave each a wish list realizing that not all items would be included. Two of the firms included few of my wishes and one kept pushing a particle brand of cabinet. Georgi incorporated all my wishes and included things I would not have thought to ask for. They were the highest estimate but the work they did was outstanding. They were extremely professional through out the process. They were always punctual, their quality was great. They cleaned up at the end of the day. The job was finished around Thanksgiving time. Shortly before Christmas a florist came to the door with a huge arrangement. It was from Georgi Kitchens thanking me for my business. Three years after the job was done I had problems with one of the appliances installed. I got nowhere with the manufacturer. I called Georgi just to let them know that I was having the problem. I felt the problem was due to a design flaw. I did not expect Georgi to do anything about it. They said that since they were a big customer of this manufacturer they would intervene on my behalf. The manufacturer got back to me and repaired the refrigerator at no cost.

When they started I wanted it done before Christmas and they got it done. It was a total remodel. They took everything out until all that was left was studs and the subfloor. The service was absolutely superb. This company charges a lot but you get a lot. The quality of the materials that they used, the job that they did, preblocking, using special wallboard, doing rather complicated wiring, plumbing changes. It was just absolutely first class. They were completely responsive. Their attention to detail can only be described as superb. I always knew when they were coming. The project manager has to schedule all the crafts so they weren't getting in each others way. Everything happened, they came and knew what they were doing, and it all happened when I was told it would. There were little things that weren't in the contract and if I didn't like it, they would change it to where I did like it. As far as I am concerned this was the best in house service I have ever had. The only downside to them is that you pay for it. I wanted a first class job and I got a first class job.
