It didn’t go so well, it broke down shortly afterwards. They came back to fix it but they tried to upsell me something else and I got a second opinion and it was fixed without buying a new furnace. I wasn’t particularly happy with them. They were prompt.

They are very punctual and they've done very good work. When we first move to the area, we were having difficulty with the lack of cooling in the upstairs area and they had a heating contractor that actually came out and did an evaluation and we added an extra return to the upstairs and it had helped tremendously.

The installation went very well. The workers arrived on time. The old equipment was removed and the new equipment was installed. The workmen were very professional. There was a minor issue with the new thermostat and the heat pump. The necessary specialists were contacted and were sent to my home to resolved the problem. When the installation was complete, the workmen made sure that everything was cleaned up, and anything that was moved to give them room to work was moved back in place. They also replaced several electrical outlets and switches.

The experience with George H. Burns Inc went very well. I called them up, set up an appointment, the guy was here when he said he was going to be here. He was in, performed the service and explained to me the service that he was performing. He was very knowledgeable about his products and gave me some pointers for future service recommendations. They were very professional and very flexible. They carry an excellent product and back it up with excellent service.

They gave my 89 yr old husband a $150 bill for their services and a "quote" for a new gas heater. The next think we knew, a truck was on it's way with the new heater the next morning! They were very nasty when I cancelled the order!

They were prompt. They didn't try to sell me what I don't need. The price was fair. They were very professional. The staff was good. It took a while to diagnose it correctly, but they kept on coming back until it was fixed.

Norm was a wonderful and experienced representative for George H. Burns, Inc. He explained all of the options, told me what I didn't need to get because of how the other items (water heater, air pump, etc.) looked. He was trying to save me money rather than sell more product. It is what got him the job over two other companies. The girls at the office, especially Candy, were extremely helpful. All of the workers were professional and friendly. Overall, it was an extremely pleasant and painless experience.
