Four Seasons Sunrooms by Eastern Home Improvements

Description of Work: Added four-season room to back of home (glass walls and ceiling, and radiant floor heating).

Description of Work: Project: Glass enclosed 4-season room Replaced exterior deck with a 4-season room enclosed with double-pane glass walls and ceiling.

Description of Work: They put in a sunroom addition on the back of our house.

Description of Work: Dealers for Four Seasons Sun rooms, on the Eastern Shore. Have had four seasons sun room for many yrs. Glass finally went bad. Contacted E. Home Improvements, dealer for four seasons. Salesman came, we came to agreement as to what was going to be done, and a price. They came and did the job, replaced all glass approx 2 yrs ago. Did nice job and cleaned up all mess afterwards. Last winter in the snows, 2 small leaks developed. Called E.Home Improvements, lady on fone said she would pass word to service dept. Waited approx 2 weeks. No response. Called again, got transferred to service mgr voice mail, left mesg. Another approx 2 weeks, no response. Then contacted by fone, Four Seasons main corp, in N.Y, state. They stated that since its an indepentant contractor, they had no control and could not help me. Then called salesman who came and sold me the job. He promised he would get service mgr. to contact me that night, or next day. Approx 2 weeks later, still no response. Then wrote letter to E. Home Improvements. This all took place this past spring. As of this date, 09/28/10, I have heard not one word from this company. Beware in dealing with them, when it comes to any service after the sale.
