Worst contractor in ever…here is their idea of a $5000 pond rehab job…next picture is what Borsello Lanscapers did…took First state 3 hours …took Borsello 3 days. First State reviews are fakes.

Response from First State Ponds and Fountains
This customer has been harassing me from day 1 we started this project , we completed the project and customer and his wife were happy, a month later we get called out because of a leak. Once we got on site we noticed customer has done additional work to pond which more then likely caused the leak. We continued to look for the leak, came back 2 more times after customer said pond was still leaking. After many emails with him threatening me and responding professionally i finally told customer if he is not happy with us coming out to try to pin point leak that customer more then likely caused I told him to get another company out and I will pay for the fix . After he got another company to come out he emailed me a number of $13,000 to RE DO the pond . Customer tried to scam me into paying to redo his entire pond which didn’t need to be done . PLEASE NOTE ANGIE SCREENS REVIEWS SO NO REVIEWS CAN BE FAKE ON THIS WEBSITE . Eric and his team were prompt and efficient. In a few hours they finished and left me a beautiful pond with a fountain. I will recommend his company to others for certain.

Erik was a true professional - very knowledgeable and dedicated to the job. Was always available for any questions or concerns and kept me informed on how everything was going. Would recommend him for any pond and fountain job--10/10. He now has a customer for life!

Fabulous!! I can praise Eric enough!!! He answered my request within minutes. Came when said he would. Knew everything there is know about the job. Worked every second he was there. Refused an extra tip. Just took the price he quoted me and said thank you. I HIGHLY recommend him. You will not be disappointed. I would use him again in a heartbeat!!!! Great man - great service!!!!
