Done Right Today

I am floored by the service I just received from Done Right Today. My last experience with a plumber was many years ago and I remember being seriously unhappy about it. Ryan communicated with me shortly following my request. Showed up at my house 45 minutes later, coordinated with the water company, repaired my leak and had the water back on in under 3 hours! But wait, there's more! He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and explained all the work he did. But wait, there's one more thing. This all happened on a Saturday afternoon, just an hour after I discovered the leak and began to dread what it would cost me to have a plumber come out and repair the pipe. I can tell you, I'm delighted to pay for this repair. I can't recommend them enough! Great job!

Done Right Today texted me just minutes after I searched on Angie's List with my emergency request, which was after 10pm. It was such a relief to know my repair could be done the next day. Ryan called the following morning, and he and Nick were at my door within an hour. They are very professional and knowledgeable, and gave me two options for replacement of my sump pump and check valve. They had all the necessary equipment in their truck and took less than an hour to have the replacement installed and everything running perfectly. Would definitely recommend, and hire again!! Prompt, professional and efficient. Very fair price. I submitted a request for drain cleaning after my kitchen sink stopped draining. Done Right Today responded immediately and scheduled an appointment very quickly. The plumber explained best and worst case scenarios and was very friendly. Great experience. Highly recommend!

The company response my inquiry immediately after a send. Come same day to check and Complete installation next day. Very professional and high efficiency. But, feel price is not cheapest.

Patrick and Nick were amazing. Professional, very knowledgable and gave us a reasonable estimate. They also had all the parts with them and completed all the jobs right away. They were very respectful of our home and left the jobs clean. We highly recommend them!

Patrick was extremely responsive coming out to give an initial assessment and quote within 20 minutes of the call. He was honest and truly understanding of our plumbing situation. The work was complicated and needed to be scheduled a different day. This next appointment was within the week. Patrick and crew arrived on time and troubleshooted plumbing issues until the problem was fixed. The project took longer than expected but Patrick did not rush, completed the job thoroughly, and took time to explain the job throughout the process. The price was right as well. I would absolutely hire Patrick again and recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Two technicians arrived and went straight to work. They were pleasant and worked very cleanly wearing shoe covers and using a tarp. They presented a very professional appearance. They had my sink unclogged within a short time.

Commode tank water leak was fixed , although the inside tank parts were completely replaced. kitchen sink was out of his league, he recommended replacement which I was not ready. so I called the delta company which made the faucets. they advice to bypass the electric filtre connector. Patrick helped me to bypass the electric unit and connect pipes manually . although he charged me minimally for connecting the pipes . It saved me complete faucet replacement of 600 dollars.

I was called right away and was scheduled for 2 days later. The plumber was on time and took care of the problem in less than an hour. Would definitely use them again.

Patrick and Shane were prompt to the estimate and, subsequently, doing the work. Work space clean and left in excellent shape. The work was done well and all aspects work without an issue. The price was reasonable and well below competitors. I will continue to use the company for any plumbing needs.

Done Right Today had very reasonable prices, were professional and courteous and got the job done quickly. We had a clogged kitchen drain that we tried everything to get unclogged but had no luck. We hired Done Right Today and they actually called and said they could be there earlier than the quoted time which was great. They were in and out, fixed the clog quickly, left everything nice and clean and explained what the problem. We are very happy with the service they provided.

It was very good. He's very neat and once he left, you would never know that he came. He informed me the cost before doing the work.

It went very well. Patrick and his assistant Nick arrived on time. They were neatly dressed in company shirts. Patrick diagnosed the problem with our toilets immediately -- both needed new flush valves -- and they had the part on the truck Then Nick and he quickly fixed the problem. They were careful, neat, and efficient. It took them about 30 minutes from arrival to departure. All the "paper work" was handled through a tablet and I received a copy of the invoice later that morning. I will use Done Right Today again.

Not only did Mr. Aitken immediately respond to our call but he also offered to schedule our appointment for the same day! He arrived as scheduled, assessed the issue and repaired it immediately. Mr. Aitken’s expertise, professionalism, kind demeanor and reasonable pricing makes Done Right Today our new go to company for all of our plumbing needs. We highly recommend his services!

He did a fantastic job. When Patrick was doing the job, he found we needed to have the shut off valves fixed as well. Very professional, knowledgeable and we would highly recommend them. He even gave an excellent price which we did not expect. We would definitely use them again.

It's been great. He lets me watch what he's doing and ask questions. The main reason I use him is that he is local. He shows up when he says he will, is clean, and comes back right away if something still isn't right.

It was unbelievable! Around 8 on a Saturday night, I saw that the valve was leaking. I went into Home Advisor and several names came up, and he was the first to call me, within about 20 seconds. I asked when he could come out and he said he could be there in 20 minutes, He didn't charge anything extra for it being a weekend night. His prices were incredibly reasonable and he was at my house within 20 minutes and out within 20 minutes. He cleaned up well, wore a uniform and booties to protect the floor. He couldn't have done a better job! He's a young guy who has branched off on his own, but has a ton of experience.
