As soon as i called they set up an appointment right away, were personable, were on time when they came to my house, very pleasant to communicate with, answered any questions i had and was all around phenomenal service from the start. + 0 moreI was contacted by Patrick before I even finished my on-line Angie's List search for a plumber to clear out my kitchen drain. This was on a Thursday evening around 7:45 PM. I was hoping at best to get service on Friday (the day before I was expecting house guests!). Patrick charges a flat rate regardless of when he does the work and was willing to come out that same evening. He and his assistant Nick arrived around 8:45 PM and worked until 10:30 PM. They were able to clear the drain successfully. They were professional, personable, careful and very neat. I would definitely call them again.
Description of Work: Clean out kitchen drain that was backed up.
