They are excellent.

I missed the first appointment and they were kind enough to send Jason out again. When he came out the second time he took the time to address all of my concerns and issues. He answered a lot of other questions about the tree's on my property and proved himself to be quite knowledgeable about all things tree's and plants. If it had not been for two other projects I have going right now I would have had him plant two new tree's in the front yard. The office staff was excellent. I was in contact with Kara and Tessa throughout the whole process which is a good thing since I tend to forget appointments. When the crew came out to remove the tree I was at work. My neighbor said they were very nice and respectable. She also indicated that they seemed to know what they were doing since they had the tree down in no time. Overall I had a very good experience and am looking forward to dealing with them again. If you have a landscaping project it's worth it to check their website as they do a lot more than cutting tree's down.

As expected, they were very prompt to get out to the house to look things over and quickly provided a landscape drawing (by email) to which minor changes were made at our request. They advised us they would contact us to schedule about two weeks out, which they did. Due to rain, they were running a bit behind but were quick to let us know about the delay, and did the work on the revised date as promised. The day after the work was done, we received a phone call asking if we were happy with the work. We had a couple of minor adjustments to be made, and they arrived on time to make the changes.

We didn’t use their services to get the work done. Their price seemed reasonable but it was more of a vision of their plan versus what we wanted. So we really liked another company since they had a broader vision for our property. However, I have nothing against them. They were fine except that we liked the plan provided by another company. They were professional too. They used pavers in their presentation but we wanted natural flagstone. We didn’t have any negative feelings about them. I would certainly recommend them to others for an estimate.

I called them and made an appt. with their Landscape consultant (Dave). He arrived on time. The landscape designer was very knowledgeable about the types of plantings I was interested and had a number of suggestions. I was also happy that he recommended transplanting (vs. total removal) of the existing shrubs to another location along the house which needed some plantings anyway. He suggested rebuilding our existing rock wall to make it more visually appealing. After our consultation, he told me it would take about 30 minutes for the estimate, during which time he sat in his vehicle and drew up the proposed design layout for my approval along with a computerized printed estimate. The work was done later than originally scheduled, but that was due to heavy rains and the company kept me informed of any schedule changes.

Had a consultation with them in advance regarding what to do with a couple of aging trees. Solution given was to add 3" dirt around one of the exsting trees (where quite a few of the roots were growing above ground). This tree, along with three other trees were trimmed and shaped, including one which was brought down by about 8 ft. They completely cleaned up and left no traces of the work behind. This is the third time I've contracted DiSabatino for work on our property. This company is very professional, the employees are always respectful, courteous and on time. They let you know when they are coming and will contact you in advance if they are going to be late. They call you the day after the work is performed to make sure you are happy with the service.
