DPP was recommended by a neighbor, wow what a great recommendation! Tyler was at our house twice for two different jobs, he is extremely knowledgeable and very professional as well as personable. I will definitely call DPP for all of my future plumbing job.

Late last week our bathroom sink began to back up. I am fairly capable of handling most plumbing repairs (Coast Guard engine room experience) but did not want to force my auger and risk damage to my plumbing. Literally at 9am Sunday (I posted the request at about 3am) I received a call from their dispatcher. We arranged for the technician; Tyler Miller, to come on Monday. He arrived on time, was very personable--and completely "up front" about what the charges might be. He was very respectful of our property and did a thorough and very professional job of clearing our drain-after a competent assessment of what he might be up against. The clog was quite severe but the drain was running freely in less than 30 minutes. I know what the "other guys" do and what they charge. Delaware Professional plumbing was up front, honest, and, most importantly, very competent. They are now my "go to" plumbing service. I only regret not knowing about them before I tried the others.

Perfectly. The repairman came within two hours of me calling on Saturday afternoon. He charged me the advertised rate on Angie's list and no overtime fees. I scheduled them to come back during normal hours to perform additional work.

They were very responsive and came the next morning. all work was very clearly explained and written prices provided. They are extremely professional. The work was completed in a timely fashion and we are very please with the results. I just called to hire them again. This time to install a new dishwasher.

After almost 10 years of use, on a Saturday I discovered that my hot water heater was leaking water on my basement floor and bulging from the seams! I made a few calls with one of them being to Delaware Plumbing Professionals (DPP). Within minutes of leaving a message with DPP’s answering service, I received a call back from Jack (the owner) who asked a lot of pertinent questions and provided a lot of valuable information that gave me ease in making the decision to purchase a new hot water heater. I was able to get help fairly immediately (within 2 - 3 hours) AND my new hot water heater was installed by Tyler their technician the same day. Tyler was very knowledgeable as well as friendly. He guided me through the completion of the buying process with ease and made me feel very comfortable that I was making the right choice in a service provider for such an important purchase for my home and family. I am looking forward to a great experience with my NEW Bradford White Water Heater for years to come! First Call: Customer Service provided by Shandy was exceptional and professional. She set up a same day appointment for a leaking water heater. Jack called 30 minutes prior to his arrival and had all supplies with him to replace our water heater. He was up front with the cost and warranties prior to beginning the job. he worked diligently, was professional and knowledgeable and did not stop or take a break until the job was complete. I highly recommend Delaware Plumbing Professionals and will call on them again. it's nice to know a professional, honest plumber in our area.

Absolutely great. The plumber, Tyler, was here before the time window of 10a.m.-2p.m. He had the water heater I needed with him on the truck. He was professional, courteous, friendly and really fast. I thought he would be here for hours, but I don't think it was more than 1 and a half to 2 hours. The price was what we had discussed the night before. No surprises, and it was half the cost of another estimate I received the night before. I would certainly recommend Delaware Plumbing Professionals for any plumbing work you may need. Very well. Answered all our questions, had a sump pump and new hot water heater installed and had hot water 3 hours later. Professional, friendly, considerate of our home and cleaned up completely. Purchased extended warranty.

Provider was extremely pleasant and courteous. He was timely in arriving at our house as it was an emergency. Our water tank developed a major leak and as a result we were without water. The provider was timely with their call back and appeared first thing in the morning in order to remedy the situation. We had an old whole house water filter system. The provider told us about a more up-to-date model that is easier to keep clean. Therefore, in addition to the new water tank we also decided in having the provider install a new whole house water filter system. Based on our experience with Delaware Plumbing Professionals, we intend to use them for all our future plumbing needs. I would whole heartedly recommend them to everyone.

My call was answered quickly and I was able to schedule an appointment the same day within hours of calling. Jon showed up promptly after calling ahead to give me a 30 min heads up. He was very professional and courteous. He explained all the work that needed to be done as the work proceeded and the cost related to each step. He had all the tools and parts in his truck and couldn't have been more pleasant. Overall, the company is very up front with costs and does all work "by the book". I would not hesitate to call them back if I need a plumber.

I had a water leak in my upstairs bathroom leaking through the downstairs ceiling. The shut off valve in the bathroom didn't work. Jack, the owner was there within the hour. He went to the main water line for the house and that shut off valve didn't work. There was water on the floor where the valve was and Jack notice the major leak in the top of the hot water heater (corrosion). He replace the valve upstairs and moved the toilet for $270.00, remember this was a Saturday and only charged $75.00 for the rush service. He gave me a price on a new water heater of $995.00 plus a new shut off valve and new piping above the heater totaling $1280.00. He left to go to his shop to get the new water heater and returned immediately. Installed all of the above. He was very much a gentleman and professional. His knowledge was exceptional. I have recommended DE. Plumbing Professionals to the construction company I work for and the insurance adjuster who handled my emergency (and anyone else who will listen). LOVE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The plumbing technician, Tyler, arrived on time as promised, diagnosed the problem, and made the necessary repairs quickly and professionally. He even made sure to seal the outside tap to protect against water damage to the wall. All-in-all a good experience.

He came in and evaluated the plumbing situation. He found the main cause of the issue that we were unaware.

He fixed my bathroom fixture and tomorrow they will replace my water heater and sump pump...I am confident that this service will go smoothly and I am getting exactly what I am paying for plus great service. Very well! From the initial call for service to service completion, this was a wonderful experience. Tyler , the technician was very personable, professional and efficient in removing our old water heater and installing a new one. He was informative regarding various options available for my home without using any unwanted "sales pressure". The work area was left extremely clean. Tyler took time to show and explain the new unit and to answer questions I had.

He gave me a landscaping quote and I agreed upon price and date to get my yard back in order and they were a no call and no show.
