Wow!! They did a great job cleaning my vinyl fence. It was pretty bad with mold due to the raining weather I was not sure if I wanted to get this done before Christmas but Dave called me and come out the same day with an estimate. I have 350 feet of fencing. Dave gave me a fair price. They cleaned both sides of the fence it look brand new. Glad Dave took the initiative and called me. The Guys did a 100% professional job. First time homeowner...with a bit of a fixer upper. The exterior was sad & old & in desperate need of a new paint job.I did A LOT of research on this project & companies. Dave stood out & as soon as I met him I knew he was the one for the job! He is punctual, makes you feel comfortable & takes pride in his work! He was so patient with me & made me feel at ease with the decisions I made for this project. His communication is excellent & goes above & beyond for his customers. He even (last min request) painted our eye soar of a shed at no extra cost & even offered to come back to hang our new shutters when they arrive even though days/weeks after he finished painting our house!He is honest, sincere, quick & neat worker. I'll be referring him to everyone! I'll be calling him for any future projects we decide to do!!! He makes you feel like your the only client & it's all about you! If you are looking for exterior painting or anything at all...call Dave! You won't regret it.

Dave was pleasant and professional! I had decided to paint the whole house instead of just trim and was given a reasonable price. The job was done very well, and I would recommend him highly.

I read another review of Mr. Docherty and it said "he was a man of his word." That was indeed true. He kept us apprised of when he would come. his quote was more than fair and his team were polite and hard working. After calling different contractors starting in June and having people who actually advertise in the paper and then set up appointments with you and don't show up, I thought we would never find anyone to paint our house. We finally picked a winner.

Professional, reliable and reasonable. David & his sons power washed our (2) decks and stained them. they did a nice job in a timely manner. also did a couple of extras. offered to come back and put the furniture back up on the decks. This was done 100 degree heat. 100% satisfied.

They were timely and very professional. They were cost effective and did a little extra work on my door that was not covered in original agreement. I am 100% satisfied with their work. I wish I had been a little mores specific about what I wanted done. As a result, I've asked them to come back and do more exterior painting.

I selected Mr. Docherty to do some much needed power washing and his work was exceptional! My house and back yard are spotless. He spent several hours making sure everything was done well. His price was more than fair, he and his son were kind , courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Mr. Docherty for any power washing or painting needs. His service was excellent!

We selected Dave Docherty’s painting services for our exterior house painting project and was pleasantly surprised to see that the finished job was all that Dave said it would be and more. After the preparation, painting and cleanup; the house looked amazing.

AWESOME JOB!!! Power washed pavers, walkway, siding and wooden picnic table and benches then stained them. It all looks better than new. Very professional. Easy to deal with David!!!

Excellent

David and Sons did an outstanding job repairing and restoring our backyard deck. Power washed, new boards, sanding, and excellent trim work with two coats of stain. Looks great. He shows up on time, is easy to communicate with, is fair and honest and a great neighborhood business.

Dave came to the rescue for us when we were in dire need of help. He was able to come to the house next day to give us a quote and complete the job. Dave and his sons were fast, clean, and professional. We are very satisfied with the service he provided.

Dave and his sons did an excellent job painting the outside of our white brick ranch and power washing our triple layer deck. We are very pleased.

Dave's followup, pricing, and quality of work were all excellent. He showed up when promised and performed the work quickly and professionally..again, as promised....I couldnt ask for anything more from a contractor. The work that was performed was deck repair, and painting..while some might consider a deck specialist as a preference..he was very knowledgabe and capable of deck repair issues. Highly recomment this contractor.

We were debating whether or not to replace our aluminum siding. Mr. Docherty said that we didn't need to replace it because he could make it look like new...and he did. Beautiful job.
