+ -1 moreThe visit was ok. I do not plan to use this company again because I was told the maintenance package was $95. Once the technician was finished and as I am writing the check for $95, the technician stops me to say the total cost is $155. When I asked why the increase in cost, he told me it was because he added coolant and refrigerant. First, I thought this was part of the maintenance package and was not told otherwise. Second, at no time prior to this moment was I told there would be an additional cost for any of the services he performed. I don't like hidden fees and costs. Before he proceeded to add the fluids he should have told me there would have been additional costs and given me the opportunity to accept or decline.
Description of Work: The technician prepared my central air for use.

Description of Work: Matt basically saved our house from complete disaster. Our brand new heater was just minutes away from totally spewing soot all over our home. Matt came over late on a Saturday night, diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained everything to us! He guided us in understanding why our BRAND NEW HEATER could have done this ,cleaned the unit inside and out, repaired the cracked target wall , and swapped out old wiring for new. He also came back a few days later to perform a combustion check that should have been performed initially and answered every single question we had in order to be able to go back to the original installers and make our case regarding the incredibly lousy, hazardous job they did . Matt is honest, hardworking and incredibly knowledgable. We will use him again and again and would recommend him to anyone! He is someone you can trust!!
