house cleaning
 + -1 moreFirst, Diana was late. She had an excuse about her cell phone, but once you speak with her you definitely get the opinion that she's the "queen of excuses". Once she began work, she did indeed work. She spent almost 4 hours cleaning our kitchen - now mind you, out kitchen wasn't very dirty so I have NO idea how she could possibly spend 4 hours in there. She then moved to the sunroom, familyroom, living room, office, and dining room. The cleaning was overall okay, but she did not complete her work. After being here 6.5 hours she didn't even get to upstairs, and she didn't complete vacuuming the floors on the main level. Additionally, she's a smoker and smoke so consumes her person that what you have is a smokey smelling home, not a clean home. I'd also recommend you review the reviews on Yelp. They are not favorable. All in all - I would not recommend this vendor.
Description of Work: Diana gave us a quote to clean our house top to bottom. The quote was $150. We agreed that she could have access to the house between 9am and 4:30 pm.
