+ -1 moreTechnician arrived on time was neatly dressed and ready to go. He explained exactly what materials he would be using and indicated exactly where he would be applying. We also discussed cost and extent of services to be provided. He seemed very knowledgeable of the causes for various types of infestation. We engaged Brownco to perform preventative maintenance on our residence. They applied spray to the entire foundation on both the inside and outside of our residence. They also inspected for possible signs of rodent and insect infestation and were happy to report our houses was free of issues. They suggested periodic maintenance to ensure the house stayed in good shape but were not aggressive about getting us on a maintenance contract. We agreed to a schedule that will keep the place bug and rodent free without being too expensive. Overall, an excellent experience that I would recommend to anyone.
