Bricks By Ben

Horrible. Two words describe this contractor. Dishonest and incompetent. He bid a small maintenance job on my home and cashed a deposit check in the spring. After many calls he came and did a small amount of sloppy work and promised to return and match the mortar color. Many calls and failed promises later I just gave up. No refund or further contact. The picture shows what I got for my 325 dollar deposit on a bid of 650

used my existing antique flagstones and reset entire crooked and hazardous walkway. amazing work. used afterward for back patio. woul recommend to everyone.

Very responsive and very reasonable price. We are ultimately going to redo them entirely, and will likely use Bricks by Ben. Our pressing need was to make them safe for the winter, and he took care of that almost immediately. We discussed our options for the full rehab in the spring, and I'm looking forward to having more work done by Ben.

Our front brick steps to our home were in complete disrepair and needed to be redone. After reviewing several bids and talking to the masons we decided to go with Ben. He was the most enthusiastic about the project and his estimate was well presented and fair. His level of professionalism was exemplary. He made sure to remain in constant contact with us through the process even when he was juggling jobs. We loved his passion as well as his creativity and the ideas we discussed through the job. We were very happy with our new steps.

Ben did a great job. He took great pride in his work and had creative suggestions that enhanced the overall beauty of our front steps. I would recommend him to anyone needing masonry work.

Excellent. Ben arrived on time and finished the job in one day, as he said he would. Super nice guy. He is professional, honest, very knowledgeable and takes a lot of pride in his work. We were very pleased with his attention to detail in matching the mortar color and applying texturing at the base of the veneer. He also sealed a gap between the driveway and garage entrance. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Would definitely hire again for any future masonry work.

Ben arrived on time, ready to work. He worked until 7:00 pm finishing in one day as promised. He matched the mortar and bricks to the rest of the structure, removing all debris. He was very professional, honest and knowledgeable regarding his profession. You won’t be disappointed.

Awful experience. Called to schedule an estimate and told by Ben it would be 2 weeks until he could come and do an estimate. Then I had to call the day before he was supposed to come to confirm he was coming and he told me it was too far to come. He said he would call to confirm coming for the estimate and he never called. Negative experience and not recommended.

I can’t say enough about how happy I am with Ben’s work. I had several areas around my house needing repair and a crack in my retaining wall that and a helper dig behind and installed a drain to relieve the pressure behind the wall. Ben worked diligently to complete work and it looks great. I would definitely recommend Bricks by Ben for all of your masonry needs. Not only is his worked Grade A but he is a great person. I actually miss him being here - very personable. Thanks Ben for helping me complete this project. Very satisfied.
