 + -1 moreHad a 3 yr contract that I gave notice in writing a little over a year into that I wanted to terminate when it was over - sent me email acknowledging the end of the contract with a date of 7/31/16- continued to bill me and send me threatening letters- i paid even though it was past my 3 yrs fearing for my credit rating. When I contacted them they claimed that because I paid them- I was in a binding contract?? They proceeded to "do me a favor" by splitting the difference in my "remaining"contract- I had already paid over $175 after my contract had expired (which they should refund) I have NEVER set this alarm. I did my due diligence by giving them adequate notice-they did not do theirs. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Horrible business practices!!
