Superb service and done in timely fashion.

they were out here using my neighbor's tree. The actual tree resides on my property but they had some branches trimmed out of it because they love the tree too. I had some branches trimmed out on my side. I think they were good, but the pricing is crazy, outrageous high. They did come back again just yesterday to check on the tree and do a walk around of the property. I think they are a great company, but they are just priced out of my price range. I had tree work done by them before. They do a good job, but it is just not in my normal price range. Their most recent visit I did not ask how much the job would cost until after the job was done because I had used them before. I just figured I would have them trim the branches since they were already in the tree and they charged me, like, a full price as if I was cold calling them and the work was only from me. So they got a lot of bang for their buck. For their skill they are excellent at what they do. They really leveraged that job to the max. I would say they were very poor on price. It is partly my fault because I did not ask first. Their quality was good. They anticipated my need before I knew I had one. They are professional.

I was very impressed and very happy. They are very courteous and professional. I shopped around and they were the most responsive and economical. They were good. I’ve already recommended them.

Bartlett has been our tree service for many years, they are out for various treatments and pruning throughout the year. We are always satisfied with their service. They have also removed trees that were diseased and beyond help. Yes, they are expensive, but they really are experts. Mark Tabibian is who we deal with ay Bartlett.

They are not low cost, but they are very professional. He guy that came over was extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

They are knowledgeable of the trees in the area. I have no complaints. They are professional. The only reason I would give them a B instead of an A is because we have to leave them a message on their machine.

We called Ron to give him the go ahead to do the work. Unfortunately we came home from work that same evening and found one of the other tree services we had gotten an estimate from in our backyard already grinding the stump!! Needless to say we were pretty upset since we had not given them our consent - but that's a whole other story. Since there was no longer a stump left to grind we had to call Bartlett's back and cancel the job They were very understanding. I would not hesitate to use Bartlett's should the need arise. We have already referred them to a couple of other people - despite the fact that, due to the circumstances, they did not do the work for us.

They did an excellent job.

Bartlett makes my volunteer position on the civic association easy by annually evaluating the trees, responding to emergency calls, and pretty much handling everything so that I can focus on my real job and family. I know we are in good hands with Bartlett. I have 100+ homes counting on my decision to go with them as a service provider, and I have no complaints.

They did pretty well, however scheduling was difficult. There were several times where they came and didn?t know if the property had been water logged. By the time they came out to see us we had a major rut. They did the job quite quickly. We were pleased with the way they pruned the trees. There was just one tree that made a pretty big rut in the backyard.

It was just fine. It was great. They are very responsive. They are coming back this summer to spray agin.
