Description of Work: The work done was excellent! The crew cleaned up each day and did an exceptional job. They ere working in temperatures in the upper 90's (they started early and finished up early. Problems with the existing roof were identified and fixed.

Description of Work: Removed the existing shingles and replaced with new. Did an excellent job. They were able to do the work without me being at home. When I returned the work was all done. I inspected from the ground and from an upstairs window. The work was done very professionally. They cleaned up after themselves. I didn't find any trash or left over materials in the yard. Loria came to give me an estimate. She was very knowledgable in roofing shingles and was able to answer all of my questions. She helped me to pick out the color that matched my roof on my home. She was very professional. Pricing was reasonable. Job well done! Would highly recommend and would use them again.

 + -1 moreI have had Len Bafundo work on my 100 year old house and my 75 year old rental property over the past 30 years. Whenever I've had anyone one else work on my roof I've always regretted it and Len has come in to save the day. I had a flat roof put on by another company several years ago and it immediately started leaking. After they tried to fix it several times Len came in and did a complete report on what the specs were suppose to be and what they had done incorrectly. The original company paid for his report and corrected the problems according to his specs. The roof has been problem free for over 5 years now. On my main house a small, slow leak developed that several companies tried to figure out thinking it was a flashing problem. Ultimately Len decided it was the window in the dormer that hadn't been installed properly. After removing the window he showed me where the original installation in the dormer allowed water to get in if the wind was blowing the right way. He reinstalled the window correcting the problem. That was over a year ago and no more leak. Now I am having him just annually inspect the roofs to catch problems before they become leaks.
Description of Work: the flat roof on my rental property was leaking. A neighbor had a new roof put on and was pleased. The price was very reasonable so I went with the same company. Once installed the roof started to leak immediately near where a drain exited from the roof. The original roofer tried to fix the problem several times and then said they couldn't do anything more. They said If I coul find someone to tell them what was wrong they would fix it. I was about to get a lawyer when I remembered Len Bafundo and called him to see if he could figure out what was wrong. He inspected the roof and wrote up a full report with pictures and diagrams. The original roofer then made good on correcting the problem and Len came back to make sure the job was done properly.
