Description of Work: I needed someone to "rip" a piece of plywood to a size that would fit in my car and on a bed I was converting to a platform bed. It was an unusual request: to meet me at a plywood supplier, cut the wood, and drill holes in it--all on Christmas Eve morning so I could have the bed ready in time for holiday guests. Ben was very accommodating and charged me his minimum despite having to drive half an hour on a day when most people aren't working. He was professional and did the job well. He also called to make sure that I had gotten back home safely.
