Description of Work: Lots of poor and inaccurate information; multiple failed delivery dates for trash bins (exactly 4 promised deliveries that did not happen); inaccurate information regarding even the availability of bins due to stock/supplier problems upstream. Finally, when that got resolved, seems the pickup service is regular and generally good. Infuriating start but ongoing service has been satisfactory.

+ -1 moreAllied occasionally misses a pickup but their biggest problem is that they make a mess when they pickup. Every week we have to pickup trash that their drivers miss getting in the trucks. The other trash companies that service our neighborhood don't seem to have this problem. When trash falls out as they are picking up the cans, the drivers just ignore it and drive off. Our neighborhood looks like a dump when they are done.
Description of Work: Allied Waste is our trash and recycling provider.
