 + -1 moreTHE CLEANING OF THE CARPET WAS DONE EFFICIENTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. I JUST THOUGHT THAT THEY CHARGED TOO MUCH FOR THE CLEANING OF JUST ONE CARPET. I WOULD RECOMMEND.

 + -1 moreTHE GUY TOLD US THAT THIS JOB WOULD BE COVERED BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY, BUT I FOUND OUT THAT IT DIDN'T, SO I ASKED THEM TO STOP THE JOB BECAUSE I COULDN'T AFFORD TO PAY FOR IT. THE GUY THREW A HUGE FIT AND HE ENDED UP CHARGING ME FOR THE WHOLE JOB.
Description of Work: THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO TAKE CARE OF A LITTLE BIT OF WATER IN THE BASEMENT AND TRY TO WATERPROOF WHERE IT WAS COMING IN AT.
