Contractor seemed very knowledgeable and they were offering a very strong warranty, however, the quote was about 50% higher than others for the same job.

Evaluation was very thorough and professional. Installation was timely and done quickly in 2 days. Crew was very professional and courteous, quality of workmanship appears to be very high and they cleaned up nicely after each days work. I would highly recommend them.

After a few minor bumps, the job went very smoothly. I am very happy with my new roof.

Karl ( project manager ) and his crew were on time and were very polite and professional during the whole project. They made sure everything was covered properly prior to starting the roof. The clean up went well and there were very few nails found afterwards. They were short a bundle or so of shingles but returned to finish the job in a timely manner. the gutter installers came the day after the roof completion and were just as polite and professional as the roofers. Ther were done in about an hour and the work was very well done. They only thing I would suggest is that when scheduling work that is not to take too long is to shedule it in a set time frame. Other than that we are very satisfied with the work and price that was given.

These folks are spectacular - imagine my dismay when my beautiful brand new house starting showing signs of a leaky roof . . . builder was very responsive, but ultimately was not capable of correcting the problems. I then called several roofing contractors, and experienced delays with changed appointment dates, missed appointments, etc. I then went to Angie's List and found All American Roofing. My experience with this family-owned business was an A++++++ experience from the time I called until the job was done! John, the project manager for All American Roofing, came out to the house, and thoroughly inspected my roof and interiors. He took an inordinate amount of time to explain the various findings and the recommended action. The estimate was reasonable, and Mr. Denny even gave me a few tips to prevent common issues found with the type of windows and construction present in my home, and what to look for when it came time for other maintenance on my home. WOW! Communication throughout was top notch. When the crew was scheduled to come to perform the repairs, they arrived on time and were extremely efficient and made sure all traces of materials and supplies were gone from my yard once the job was done. The crew explained everything that was done, along with the rationale before leaving the job. It's been 2 months and several rainstorms since the repairs were done, and there have been absolutely no issues! I can go into this summer's hurricane season without any worries. I will hire All American Roofing again without question - their integrity and professionalism, along with their extensive experience and focus on customer service makes them top notch in my book! Our previous contractor had permit issues with Middletown Township and was unable to finish our new roof. After removing the old shingles, the Middletown Township Code Enforcement Agent Bob Ellis told the contractor to get off the roof. For whatever reason, the roof was not secured. That evening there was a lot of rain, and most of our second floor and some of our first floor suffered drywall ceiling damage. Our contractor asked John Devenny (sp?) from All American Roofing to give him an estimate on completing the roof. About one week after John gave us an offer, we contacted John on May 17 to see if All American Roofing could finish the roof for us. John said they could finish the roof about the next Monday. He said he would send information to us later that day. My husband called John on Saturday, May 18,and asked if John could send someone out to put tarp on the roof, as rain was expected that weekend. John said he would check with some of his men to see if they could come out. It is now Monday afternoon, and we have never heard back from John or received any paperwork from him. We were lucky that two workers who were working on a neighbor's roof-- securing it from bat infestation--put up professional tarp on our roof, because we had heavy rain that evening. As a result of the first rain on our uncovered roof, we require all of the ceilings and insultation in our second floor to be replaced. It is a miracle that I did not suffer major injury when the ceiling fell on me during my sleep.

Was able to get a timely appointment for the estimate which was lower than other estimates I had received. Project manager was very efficient and the job was done in 3 days. They did wonderful work and cleaned up every day. I have already recommended them to others.

Our feeling is that our experience with All American was excellent! We called and received a very prompt response by the office. They assigned someone to come to look at the problem and provide an estimate. Dave was the person who came and we felt VERY COMFORTABLE with him as being extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in diagnosing the problem and describing what needed to be done. He helped us feel confident that we made the right choice in selecting All American to do the work! He went above and beyond what we expected and checked the entire roof. He indicated that the problem we had was easily fixable with a high degree of confidence that the fix would solve the problem as well as assuring us that the roof itself looked fine and required no other work that was obvious. He then sent a proposal that night and we responded with agreement to the repair order. He then came the following day and did, what appears to us to be, an excellent job. We were very impressed with Dave and, hopefully, we'll find out if the fix worked at our next rainfall.

As each rain of late, I noticed wet spots around my skylight. But not always. However those spots became bigger and it was evident there was a leak. All American responded quickly and fixed the leaks.

Everyone at All American Roofing was excellent to work with, from the receptionist, to the manager Steve, to the entire roofing crew. I was particularly impressed by the roofing crew. They were courteous and would explain the process of what they were doing if I asked and they even came out on a Sunday to finish the job, so did the manager Steve. I couldn't be any more pleased with the workmanship, professionalism, and customer service that All American Roofing provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were the least expensive and the most thorough.

All American came to the house the day we called, diagnosed our leak immediately and provided an estimate to repair two holes in the copper valleys at junctions of the roof. They needed a little warm weather to install the patches and came back to the house on the first day it was warm enough to proceed. The work was completed in short order and the leaks have been stopped. In addition to these two repairs, the roofers noticed that water was accumulating in soffit boxes off the front peak and they fashioned and installed (color-matched!) covers at no extra charge. Both of the guys were prompt, friendly, and professional. The charges were exactly as per the estimate. Very satisfied with the work done by All American Roofing.

Dave arrived for our appointment on time on Saturday. He checked our roof and gave us a reasonable estimate on fixing the roof, he also pointed out we need install a fan on the roof to get the moisture out. He showed up on time to get the job done. Dave did a great job!

I scheduled the work with All American, they came out on the day requested and had the work done in 2 days. They started early each day 6:45 am and worked till dark - 7:00 - 7:30. They did an excellent job in clean up - I have found only one nail.

They had a roll off container delivered and the roofing crew was right there with it. They put tarps over the front and rear of the garage and even made a wood tent to cover my japanese maple to protect it from falling debris. They srtipped off the exisiting shingles down to the sheathings. (I knew all the sheathing was good because they checked it from the inside of the garage first so there were no surprises when the shingles came off) They applied a breathable roof deck protector, installed a drip edge on all the roof edges and then replace the roof with new shingles They cleaned out the gutters and used a magnet to pick up stray nails. The job was completed in one day Their estimate was $500.00 higher than another one and much lower than a 3rd however the others estimates did not include these warranties and were using felt as the deck protector. . I have a 130 MPH wind warranty,30 year workmanship which also provides for no leaks (not counting natural disasters) plus the material warranty. The garage will fall down before something needs done to that roof again.

Dave's prompt communication, willingness to be available at my convenience and fair and honest approach to doing business makes him and his company an asset to the industry. Not to mention the quality workmanship and desire to get things right and too my satisfaction regardless of what takes makes doing business with All American a no brainer. I will absolutely refer Dave and All American to my family and friends and will definitely use them again if aI have a need.

We appreciated the fact that they examined our roof and they said that it was worth repairing. In other words, they did not recommend replacement, which another company had. It will be seven or eight years before we have to actually replace the roof. They are an excellent company to work with. The only thing people might want to know about the company is that the people that talk to you about estimates and come out and look at the job and describe what they recommend and so on are English speaking Americans. The workers, even though it's called All American Roofing are all from the Ukraine. There were very professional. They stuck to their work. There was no sitting around. But, we couldn't talk to them. They are very hard workers. They really stuck to the job, got the job done and got it done well.

Brian was so good from the consultation to the completion of the project. The price was excellent and he went the extra mile and went on the roof to thoroughly inspect. He was excellent and helped with determining the best color for the roof. They finsished the job in 1 day and cleaned up well after themselves. I would use them again in a heartbeat. It was the best experience I have ever had with any contractor.

Initially, we were interested in a metal roof. Called a total of 6 roofers over 2 days and left messages with 3 of them. Two of the messages were never returned and one called after we had signed a contract with All American. One called back and the person that had taken the message had forgotten that they no longer installed metal. All American answered the phone also with a real person and 2 days later a representative was to come. He came later that same day and gave us an estimate for both metal and shingles. He explained their metal roofing was of better quality and used a locking system that was not found in the large home improvement stores. He also recommended the GAF website. The website listed 2 additional roofers and my name and address was faxed to them. One roofer I had already called and left a message and to this day have not heard from either one. We decided on shingles. We were impressed with the quality of the shingles, able to withstand heavy winds, and the excellent warranty. A week later my roof was on and that included delays because of rain and high winds. The installation went very well. The crew was efficient and clean up was great. The foreman also made us aware of future problems we may have with our chimney. The shingles make the house look new.

They did a really good job! The cleaned up afterwords and even used a magnet to find any nails in my yard. There was a leak between my house and garage aferwords but they sent someone out quickly when I called and it hasn't leaked since.

The company was prompt and curteous. Roofing work was excellent and clean up was thorough. Overall a good experience.

They very quickly covered floor, explained and showed how to use the control opening/closing of shades and told me that there is a $300 tax credit for photovoltaic installations.

We were very pleased with All American from start to finish. From the first phone call, they were very professional. I scheduled a time to have them out and Charlie arrived right on time. He reviewed some pictures I took of the leaks we had and then went up to the attic to see things for himself. By way of our conversation which ranged from our specific issue to general attic ventilation science, I was comfortable that Charlie knew what he was talking about. It was raining at the time, and the roof was wet so it couldn't be walked on, but Charlie also took a look from the outside with his ladder. His diagnosis of the cause mirrored what two other competitors had said - the old style aluminum ridge vent was likely the cause of the leaks. He put together a typed up quote for me while he was there. We discussed a few different styles of what to replace it with and Charlie went the extra mile to talk to the manufacturer and a get some other opinions on which product would be the best fit for us based on our conversation. The installation was scheduled on a Saturday morning, and Peter showed up on time ready to go. He greeted us and went to work. Based on what I can tell, after a 1-2 inch rain storm that came through a week later, Charlies diagnosis and Peter's work have resolved our problem. I went with All American based on Charlies knowledge, their reputation on Angie's List and the quote which was very reasonable. I never felt like Charlie was trying to sell me something I didn't need which I appreciated. I'll be calling them for any future roofing concerns. Thanks Charlie and Peter!

The job is still not completed. The screws they used to fasten the metal poles to the ground where the roof hangs over are broken and it's not properly anchored. They were to install a metal wedge to even out my pavement with the neighbor's. They even contacted a metalsmith to come and make the metal wedge. It was not up to their standards, so he had to come back to reassess the job and was not very happy about it. I have called since then to have them come back to complete the job, which he agreed to do sometime in October. I didn't think it was fair for him to use my electric supply to do the work on the neighbor's, so he wanted me to ask the neighbor if I could use theirs. It would be best if they had a generator to provide their own power so they don't have to inconvenience the homeowners. This has been going on since August and they will not come back to complete the job. I've been contacting them periodically; they say they'll come and then I never hear from them again. We have already exceeded the 90-day building permit time limit because of their failure to complete the job. The building inspector will be contacting All American Roofing about the status of the job so that they can receive payment, but they have been reluctant to come complete the final parts of the job. ***edit*** Provider contacted myself and able to all problems. They do value me as a good customer. They respected my concerns. They also treated me with respect. They have high regards for their customers. I am very pleased with the way they handle the situation. The product of delivery is excellent. They have certainly won my trust and they have certainly won my heart. This is something I have lost in the past and they have helped regain and won my respect to this company. They are truly the All American Roofing. They are what America needs to keep the country moving forward. I believe in All American Roofing and so should others. Everyone is capable of making mistakes, but the true beauty is when one owns up to their actions and takes responsibility for it. They took full responsibility of the situation and took ownership of the faults that is what makes them true leaders. Thanks to All American Roofing and God Bless them. ***edit*** It's almost 3 years later and the metal piece that is on the ground that supports the poles and the roof is starting to erode. For some reason they the metal is resistant to ice and frost and cold weather. I've had issues before with the same company. I've had to call him about this, it's been a week later and he hasn't called me back, and now it's a code violation and we could get sued. It's not been inspected yet, but if they come by they are going to ask us to fix this up. 6/2/16 *They deserve all A's because the work they did was excellent and is still holding. My neighbors portion of the roof was deteriorating I believe was probably due to type of salt they were using.

It was good. They are good people. I got about 6-8 estimates, and their price was the best and I knew I could trust them. They came in and did the job and then cleaned up well. When I inspected the job I noticed there was one thing I didn't like. Within one week he came back and fixed the problem. I was very satisfied.
