Description of Work: Called regularly to keep me posted. provided detailed quote. Linda and Denise were great to work with. I have referred them to my friends. | |An area of improvement would have been to let me know the job date so I could have been off from work.

Description of Work: Tore off old roof. Put all new roofing on. Also had solar panels removed and replaced back on the roof. Worked with the solar company to make sure it was all done correctly. Three full days for the job. Worked until dark days one and two. Jack the crew leader was great. Job site was cleaned each night and made every effort to get all the debris up before leaving on a Saturday night (had some weather issues). Would recommend!!

Description of Work: Came out promptly and gave an estimate. Dave discussed the problem of our shingles having blown off and some buckled. He gave good reasonable information about the condition of the roof.Came back and fixed the roof exactly as he had described and it was exactly what it needed. One other contractor had come out and had insisted we needed a new roof, no other work or repair considered by the contractor only "you need a new roof". Roof is stable and not leaking, when I do need a new roof I'll call all american.

Description of Work: I panicked (as one may expect) last night in Elkton during the storm Euclid when we discovered a roof ridge vent leak which wet our ceiling in the master bedroom. Its the old style aluminum vent that loosens over time due to how it is simply nailed on top of the ridge. Due to my persistance in calling the answering service I finally got 2 phone calls, one from John and the other from Dave. Their concern was genuine. John then came around 3:00 and looked in the attic and the roof and gave me three estimates, one for a new ridge vent on the high roof, another one for the roof replacement on our addition and a third for the main house and garage roof replacement. Dave is coming tomorow before the rain on Saturday to do the repair. John knew I really wanted it done before the next rain on Saturday and he committed to getting it done tomorrow. This impressed me. I cannot comment on the quality of the work but to this point its been very professional. That will come later. In addition I am getting an estimate for a new roof at the beach house. If all works out your company could wind up getting two new roof jobs in addition to the repair tomorrow. This would be a significant amount of money and my decisions will depend on the overall cost, not sure when and if I can afford roofing two houses. Great job so far!!!

Description of Work: They were very prompt, knowledgeable and responsive to changes in scope. Actually pointed out a defect the home inspector should have noted. We are compiling quotes and will make a decision soon.
