From the estimate through the entire project, they took the time to expain any questions that I had.  They had a few unexpected glitches the first day, but the foreman, Vladimir, and the salesman, Steve, worked quickly to get everything straightened out asap.  The 4 workers that were there worked like a well oiled machine, they were efficient and extremely hard working, and their attention to detail was incredible.  Everyone was very polite and professional the whole way through.  Vladimir was very good and made sure that I worried about nothing.  They were also very honest and straightforward.  My new roofs look incredible!  I will recommend them to anyone!!

It was good.  They came and made several stops to make sure we had what we wanted.  We’ll see how the quality is as we get farther down the road.  Time will tell.  The workers were very diligent.  There was a little disappointment in that they might not have been Americans.  They were here at 8:00 in the morning and they worked until 8:00 at night.  They came back the next morning to finish.  They seemed to know what we had requested on our proposal and they followed through on everything.  It looks very nice and they were definitely hard working.  They brought the materials ahead of time and I could see from the packaging that it was what we ordered; that was important.  They didn’t use a substitute.  It was a good price based on the other estimates we received.

 From the first contact with the representative of the company when I called until the job was completed everyone was polite,interested and thorough. I sent an email on Sunday the the 19th of August and received a call on Monday. John Deveney came  on Monday and gave me an estimate and did the work on Tuesday the 21st. They were thorough,neat,and knowledgeable about the job. The customer service was great- I could not be happier with the job that was done and would recommend them highly.

Overall, the experience was excellent. Great job on the roof; great clean-up after. Only problem experienced was that the representative tended to run late for appointments and we had to call after waiting for a week for them to come back to finish the inside drywall work on the skylights. But would still highly recommend them.

The project was finished in one day, 12 hours from start to finish.  The workmen rarely took a break and had wonderful attention to every detail, obviously taking pride in their work.  What became obvious to us is excellence is not an exception with All American Roofing, it is an attitude!  We will be calling this company again when it is time to replace our home roof for sure.

A success, they began the job within 10 days of my acceptance of the contract. They would have started earlier but rainy weather slowed things down. The supervisor/foreman, Charles Granger was a pleasure to work with, was always available for questions and prompt with followup.

I called All American Roofing because a neighbor who owns a construction business told me I needed to replace my entire roof (he never went up and inspected the roof, only looked at it from the ground).  All American Roofing showed up within 10 hours of my initial phone call, went up on the roof to do an inspection, and told me that I did NOT have to replace my entire roof - only a small portion of it.  The gentleman went out to his truck and wrote up an estimate right in my driveway.  They returned a few days later and completed the work in less than 2 days.  Not only did they do the work efficiently, but the workers went above-and-beyond the call to help me move some heavy items from my yard and my home.  They were very polite, very professional, and did an outstanding job repairing my roof.

From start to finish, John Devenny, the Project Manager was very patient with questions and concerns regarding hotel challenge.Job was completed on time and the crew that installed the sky lights (which I upgraded) and roof did an excellent job.  They were also very friendly and professional.

They gave me an adaquate price. They answered all my questions.

They did a great job.  When we called for a salesperson to come out and give us an estimate he was there in 2 days of us calling.  Brian showed up on time for the appointment and povided the written estimate within an hour of doing the measurements.  He explained everything that would be done and answered all our questions.  It took a week to order the materials and the roofers arrived on time and finished the job in 2 days.  We would highly recommend them.

I called to have someone come give me an estimate.  They were very friendly on the phone and an appointment was made for 2 days later.  i was told who to expect at my home and the estimator was on time and very professional.  He completed the estimate and once we signed, he completed the work immediately.  I was very pleased with the entire process and would (and already have!) recommend this company to others.

The work was both timely and excellent. I had several other bids, they weren't the lowest but they were certainly more than competitive. Most of the bids were higher than theirs and one bid was lower. They did more work than I had originally expected them to. For example, I had a couple of roof vents for the attic space and they actually replaced them with new units. They really did a nice job. I found them through an advertisement in a local brochure.

My interaction with All American Roofing Co. from start to finish was the best experience I ever had with a contracting company.    My initial phone call to the company was returned promptly and an appointment was scheduled immediately.  Dave Scheidegg, Estimator and Project Manager came to my house to assess the situation.  Dave took pictures and assessed the entire roof.  As a result, I had multiple issues that had to be corrected. 

I also like to point out that I interviewed two other contractors and Dave was the only one that took the time to explain all of the issues with my roof.  He took pictures of my roof and explained in layman's terms exactly what had to be done.  I was so impressed with his presentation and professionalism  that I knew my search was over. Later that day he e-mailed the pictures, estimate and start date.  Due to weather issues we had to reschedule, but he promptly sent me an e-mail to keep me informed.  At the completion of the job, I was not at home, but Dave e-mailed pictures of the completed work.

Overall this is the best experience I ever had with a contracting company.  Once I hired them I had no worries that everything Dave and I talked about would be done efficiently and timely.  

I plan to have my windows replaced next year and they will be the only contractor I call to do the job.

Overall the work went great. They promptly came out to provide us an estimate and were very flexible and accommodating to our schedules. There pricing was the best we saw from similar competitors. The estimate they provided was exactly what it cost us in the end. They were upfront from the beginning about having to replace all of the plywood where other companies said they might have to and wanted to charge us a per sheet rate.

From the time we were ready to move forward with the estimate they scheduled the roof for the following week. They got the job done from start to finish in 2 days! They took the time to protect all of our landscaping and our pool. The crew was very professional and courteous.

We have received so many complements on the roof. Other neighbors have commented on how they have also had similar positive experiences with All America. We would definitely recommend them.

Great experience all the way around. Definitely recommend and would use again. Reply back after my inquiry via Angie's List was within 1-2 days. We scheduled a date for review of the work to be done within another 1-2 days and the estimate for the work was received by the end of the day.  The estimate was very fair and we booked the work to be done the following week.  The next day they had a cancellation asked me if they could come out and do the work on our house the next day so they did.  In total this was less than a week for me start to finish to work with this Company! The team was very professional and courteous with me and with my 17 year old son who  showed them the areas where we had leaks that needed to be looked at. The work was neat, no mess left behind so much so I had to confirm with my son that they were out that day to do the work.  Great job all the way around start to finish. They were very friendly and efficient. They had the roof done in two days. Their prices were fair and they even threw in the shed. They cleaned up everything.

We had estimates from a couple other companies and for what they did, the pricing was reasonable. They suggested things that we were not even aware of like venting through the roof for some of the bathrooms.

I saved their magnet on my refrigerator because I liked them. If I ever need my whole roof replaced I will call them. They had someone manning their phones and I did not have to wait for someone to call me back. I made the appointment and they came when they said they would. They faxed me an estimate; it was all in a timely fashion. Everything was the way I wanted it to be. I have not had any leaks since, but he said I would need a completely new roof soon. I received a $100 off of the estimate. I would recommend them.

We obtained NUMEROUS quotes from a lot of good companies, and took our time searching to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted and within our budget and the best company for us was 'All American Roofing'.  Dave Scheidegg was our Estimator/Project Manager (302-415-4075 / Email: [email protected] ), and our experience from beginning to end was seamless.

After the old roof was removed, we were informed that our roof was in worse shape than originally thought, so we needed to replace more wood than initially anticipated, but Dave was awesome and worked with us on that additional cost.  :-)

One of the most important factors was that ALL AMERICAN ROOFING did not ask for any money up front.  They billed us after the project was complete.

We highly recommend All American Roofing company for anyone needing their roof replaced.  Their name speaks volumes about their service!

The technician who came out to inspect was very thorough, professional, took his time, and honest with his opinion.  He explained in detail where he thought the leak was originating from, and what his company could do to repair.  He also explained that there was no guarantee that was the full issue without tearing up shingles and more.  If we did do the suggested repair and it didn't work, then one side of the roof would need replacing, but they would discount the work already done.  We went ahead with the repair and have seen no more leaks since that time.  The crew arrived on date and time expected.  They cleaned up afterwards and were very courteous. Price was very fair.  Their honesty was much appreciated  -- he didn't try to convince us that we had to have a new roof.

They were excellent.  They are easy to talk to.  We can call them when we have questions.  I have no negative feedback about them.  They cleaned up after themselves.

All went as expected. Only one follow-up which needed to be addressed and I did not have to pay until the job was done. Bill was sent subsequent to job completion.
