Office staff managing the scheduling is friendly, responsive and timely. The visiting technician is polite, friendly, honest about the condition and what is necessary for my HVAC, not like some salesman who has a different priority than what I actually need. Instead of paying for unnecessary cleaning of blower and the whole assembly and expensive installation of other nice-to-have features, I signed up for annual maintenance plan. Let's see how many more years this will help keep my system going.
