+ 0 moreWe purchased a dishwasher, cooktop and range hood from ABC Sales. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful as we were choosing our appliances. We primarily worked with Jimmy, but Judy also gave us assistance when he was on vacation. They answered all of our questions. We are pleased with the choices we made. Installation went very well. The two men who installed the appliances arrived on time. They were polite and friendly. They gave us tips on how to use and clean the appliances, showing us the Kitchen Magic stainless cleaner that they prefer. Not only did they clean the exterior of our 3 new appliances, but they also cleaned our stainless steel wall ovens and refrigerator! In our opinion, they went above and beyond to provide good service.

+ -1 moreThe installers arrived when they said they would, the products that were delivered were the ones I ordered and they were installed by professionals, who did an excellent job, especially retrofitting the two wall ovens. I was extremely pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of both, the salesperson and the installers. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to several friends.
Description of Work: I purchased a new stove top, refrigerator, microwave and and two wall ovens. The sales person was very knowledgeable and knew the measurements and features that were available or not available from each manufacturer. They came out and measured my existing appliances, for a fee, which was put towards the purchase price.

Description of Work: We recently had a first time problem with our 10 yr. old Bosch dishwasher. Because we bought our dishwasher from ABC I called for a service appointment. The service representative with whom I spoke suggested trying a solution that had to do with the circuit breaker box to re-boot the program. before scheduling an appointment. The suggestion worked and I was so impressed at the willingness to share information that was certainly cost, time and energy effective.We bought all of our appliances for our new kitchen 10 years ago from ABC Sales and Service and I would certainly recommend their company as an option.
