+ 1 moreI didn’t see them listed at all but they are great. His name is Ron Reid. He is awesome. He is really, really friendly. They are perfectionist and they want everything to be exact and he is about 70% finished and egress is going to be after this and we decided to use him for egress after he did such a good job on everything else. The egress is going to be just under $4000. The price is excellent; it is fair priced. He has not stopped calling me Mr. Reed since he got here and I keep telling him I will call you Ron and you call me Greg but he says he is sorry. It is very rare you find somebody who is conscientious about their work. Every day he cleans up, even though he is going to be here the next day and will clean and that is unbelievable.
Description of Work: I am using R & R Home Repair LLC to do a bathroom and egress for my basement. The price includes a six foot Jacuzzi tub, a full shower, the urinal, the regular sink and commode and big closet. He installed three ceiling fans in three different bed rooms and in the attic he took the air out of the house into the attic and cooled the attic and the house. He put in the large heater and we had 30 gallon and it was old and he put a 50 gallon.
