The technician was supposed to come between 10 and 12. I took off work to make sure I was home. 12:30 came around and no technician so I called and was told that they would find out where the tech was and call me back. 1:00 came around and still no call back. I called them again and made them keep me on the line while they called the technician who said he would be here at 2:30. So I had to wait around for the rest of the day. 3:00 came around and still no technician. I called again and they said they would call the tech and promised to call me right back. 3:30 and still no call back. I called them again and was told that the technician got into an accident early this morning and was unable to make it to his appointments. Even though I was on the phone when they talked to him at 12:30 and then told me he would be to my house at 2:30. I own a business myself and I thought...well the owner probabky doesn't know what his scheduler is doing here and I should give the owner an opportunity to rectify the situation. SO I told the scheduler who I had been speaking to would she please have the owner call me to rectify this situation. She said that the owner "would never call to talk to a client"!!! This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had!
