Owner responded within minutes of request. Owner came out same day and gave free quote for installing 2 belt drive garage door openers and repairing track along with balancing and securing door to wall. He came out two days later on Monday morning and completed job. I had a problem with one door and contacted him by phone that evening. He came right out next day and corrected problem with the door.

Ray, the installer for United Garage Doors, was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. He explained everything he was going to do in order to install the opener.

Very prompt, in fact showed up at my home a day early. Rasheed, installer, tested my opener and found bad motor. Had to replace with new and also suggested replacing rollers. Rasheed completed work within one hour in freezing temperatures. I am very satisfied with job completed.

The garage door panel split, making the door opener inoperable. Ray called me as soon as I placed an estimate inquiry and offered to come to the house immediately. He was prompt, polite, and professional, and he repaired the door same-day, quickly at a very fair price. Everything he needed was on the truck. I was even more impressed because the temperature outside was only 14 degrees, but Ray worked regardless. I definitely recommend United Garage Doors, and I will call them again for future repairs.

This company was spot on. I barely finished the survey from Home Advisors on my phone and with in minutes Ray called to come out and check out the job, he came out the same day! Which is extremely rare with contractors. The work was done efficiently, completely. Ray came out on a Sunday to take a look at the job and was able to do the work the next day, I was still getting quotes so I held up the process. He actually did the work on a Tuesday. I've had many updates / upgrades to my home, never in a timely manner as this update. This company is the real deal! GREAT price much better than the competitors. I only wish other contractors were as efficient and as responsive.

Estimate for spring replacement was in ballpark of what our neighbor recently paid for similar service. Service was quick and complete. Didn't charge any up front fee for looking at door. Identified and replaced several other broken door parts and replaced with new parts, no additional labor. Also gave me a couple extra parts for future repairs. Showed me the difference between the good parts and the stuff you can buy at the big box stores.

I checked HomeAdvisor for garage door opener service vendors and within 20 minutes I got a call from one of the service men (Rashad) from United Garage Doors who was less then 20 minutes away and wanted to come give me an estimate. He showed up and looked at my issue and gave me an estimate. Said he had the part in his truck and could do it now if I wanted. I went ahead and let him do it and he was done in little over a half hour. Very satisfied with the work he did.
