Ray from United Garage door was there the next day to replace my opener. The price was reasonable and the installation was fast and professional. I would recommend United and Home Advisor-I used them for a rental property and I live 2 hours away. I was able to pay over the phone and the opener has been great and is an upgrade from the old one.

Responded very quickly on a Saturday morning. Ray called me on his way. He arrived, reviewed what was needed to complete the repair, and was ready to do the job. He is a skilled repairman--it took him less than an hour to do everything. I am very pleased with the results. I would recommend him to others.

None of the electronics were done. Had to pay an electrician $600 dollars to get the lift mechanism wired and the two electric eyes found and mounted and one of their brackets had been discarded. That is a safety issue. The one plus was promptitude and the right door brought without delay.

Responded quickly. Told me that he could be at my place within a short period of time. He called me when he was on his way. Explained the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price . Job took him about 30 minutes. Very respectful and professional. I would definitely recommend United Garage Doors.

Answered phone and was immediately ready to get to the job. Showed up when he said he would, about 45 minutes after the call. Quickly assessed the problem and was ready to repair. The job took him about 2 hours to complete and it was done properly and without any incidents.

Replaced opener which was fine suggested track replacement but didnt replace whole track only part and lied about what was told to me and overcharged for only half job performed dishonest contractor so not trust get everything in writing will not hire again

Ray was knowledgeable personable and checked everything out to make sure everything was safe and working properly. He SAVED the Day. Hire United Garage Doors...
